English Standard Version

42 Give to the one who begs from you, and do not refuse the one who would borrow from you. (De 15:8; Ps 37:21; Ps 37:26; Ps 112:5; Pr 21:26; Lu 6:34) 

New International Version

42 Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you.
