English Standard Version

26 and build an altar to the Lord your God on the top of the stronghold here, with stones laid in due order. Then take the second bull and offer it as a burnt offering with the wood of the Asherah that you shall cut down.” (Da 11:7; Da 11:10; Da 11:31) 

New International Version

26 Then build a proper kind of[1] altar to the Lord your God on the top of this height. Using the wood of the Asherah pole that you cut down, offer the second[2] bull as a burnt offering.’ 

New International Reader’s Version

26 Then build the right kind of altar. Build it to honour the LORD your God. Build it on top of this hill. Then use the wood from the Asherah pole you cut down. Sacrifice the second bull as a burnt offering.’ 

King James Version

26 And build an altar unto the LORD thy God upon the top of this rock, in the ordered place, and take the second bullock, and offer a burnt sacrifice with the wood of the grove which thou shalt cut down.
