41 Then the men of Israel turned, and the men of Benjamin were dismayed, for they saw that disaster was close upon them. (Jud 20:34) 

New International Version

41 Then the Israelites counterattacked, and the Benjaminites were terrified, because they realised that disaster had come on them. 

New International Reader’s Version

41 Then the Israelites turned round and attacked them. The men of Benjamin were terrified. They realised they were going to be destroyed. 

King James Version

41 And when the men of Israel turned again, the men of Benjamin were amazed: for they saw that evil was come upon them.
