English Standard Version

21 But whoever does what is true comes to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that his works have been carried out in God.” (Ps 139:23; 1Jo 1:6) 

New International Version

21 But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God. 

New International Reader’s Version

21 But anyone who lives by the truth comes into the light. They live by the truth with God’s help. They come into the light so that it will be easy to see their good deeds.

21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
