English Standard Version

10 Behold, the Lord God comes with might, and his arm rules for him; behold, his reward is with him, and his recompense before him. (Isa 59:16; Isa 62:11; Lu 11:22; Re 22:12) 

New International Version

10 See, the Sovereign Lord comes with power, and he rules with a mighty arm. See, his reward is with him, and his recompense accompanies him. 

New International Reader’s Version

10 The LORD and King is coming with power. He rules with a powerful arm. He has set his people free. He is bringing them back as his reward. He has won the battle over their enemies. 

King James Version

10 Behold, the Lord GOD will come with strong hand , and his arm shall rule for him: behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him.
