3 Yet it was I who taught Ephraim to walk; I took them up by their arms, but they did not know that I healed them. (Ex 15:26; De 1:31; Ho 7:15) 

New International Version

3 It was I who taught Ephraim to walk, taking them by the arms; but they did not realise it was I who healed them. 

New International Reader’s Version

3 I taught Ephraim to walk. I took them up in my arms. But they did not realise I was the one who took care of them. 

King James Version

3 I taught Ephraim also to go, taking them by their arms; but they knew not that I healed them.
