16 When the bow is in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth.” (Ge 17:7; Ge 17:13; Ge 17:19) 

New International Version

16 Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and all living creatures of every kind on the earth.’ 

New International Reader’s Version

16 When the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it. I will remember that my covenant will last for ever. It is a covenant between me and every kind of living creature on earth.’ 

King James Version

16 And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth.
