Genesis 3:23

English Standard Version

23 therefore the Lord God sent him out from the garden of Eden to work the ground from which he was taken. (Ge 2:5) 

New International Version

23 So the Lord God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken. 

New International Reader’s Version

23 So the LORD God drove the man out of the Garden of Eden. He sent the man to farm the ground he had been made from. 

King James Version

23 Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.
