Deuteronomy 4:38

English Standard Version

38 driving out before you nations greater and mightier than you, to bring you in, to give you their land for an inheritance, as it is this day, (Ex 23:27; Ex 34:24; De 7:1; De 9:1; De 11:23) 

New International Version

38 to drive out before you nations greater and stronger than you and to bring you into their land to give it to you for your inheritance, as it is today. 

New International Reader’s Version

38 He drove out nations to make room for you. They were greater and stronger than you are. He will bring you into their land. He wants to give it to you as your very own. The whole land is as good as yours right now. 

King James Version

38 To drive out nations from before thee greater and mightier than thou art , to bring thee in, to give thee their land for an inheritance, as it is this day.
