Deuteronomy 32:21

English Standard Version

21 They have made me jealous with what is no god; they have provoked me to anger with their idols. So I will make them jealous with those who are no people; I will provoke them to anger with a foolish nation. New International Version

21 They made me jealous by what is no god and angered me with their worthless idols. I will make them envious by those who are not a people; I will make them angry by a nation that has no understanding. 

New International Reader’s Version

21 They made me jealous by serving what is not even a god. They made me angry by worshipping worthless statues of gods. I will use people who are not a nation to make them jealous. A nation that has no understanding will make them angry. 

King James Version

21 They have moved me to jealousy with that which is not God; they have provoked me to anger with their vanities: and I will move them to jealousy with those which are not a people; I will provoke them to anger with a foolish nation.
