29 “The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but the things that are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law.

29 The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but the things revealed belong to us and to our children for ever, that we may follow all the words of this law. 

New International Reader’s Version

29 The LORD our God keeps certain things hidden. But he makes other things known to us and to our children for ever. He does it so we can obey all the words of this law. 

King James Version

29 The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.
