Deuteronomy 15:3

English Standard Version

3 Of a foreigner you may exact it, but whatever of yours is with your brother your hand shall release. (De 23:20) 

New International Version

3 You may require payment from a foreigner, but you must cancel any debt your fellow Israelite owes you. 

New International Reader’s Version

3 You can require someone from another nation to pay you back. But you must forgive what any of your own people owes you.
