2 Jehoahaz was twenty-three years old when he began to reign, and he reigned three months in Jerusalem. 

New International Version

2 Jehoahaz[1] was twenty-three years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem for three months. 

New International Reader’s Version

2 Jehoahaz was 23 years old when he became king. He ruled in Jerusalem for three months.
