17 They have emptied out the money that was found in the house of the Lord and have given it into the hand of the overseers and the workmen.” 

New International Version

17 They have paid out the money that was in the temple of the Lord and have entrusted it to the supervisors and workers.’ 

New International Reader’s Version

17 They have paid out the money that was in the LORD’s temple. They’ve put it in the care of the directors and workers.’ 

King James Version

17 And they have gathered together the money that was found in the house of the LORD, and have delivered it into the hand of the overseers, and to the hand of the workmen.
