13 Therefore, one who speaks in a tongue should pray that he may interpret. 

New International Version

13 For this reason the one who speaks in a tongue should pray that they may interpret what they say. 

New International Reader’s Version

13 So here is what the person who speaks in languages they had not known before should do. They should pray that they can explain what they say.
