1 Chronicles 9:23

English Standard Version

23 So they and their sons were in charge of the gates of the house of the Lord, that is, the house of the tent, as guards. 

New International Version

23 They and their descendants were in charge of guarding the gates of the house of the Lord – the house called the tent of meeting. 

New International Reader’s Version

23 These Levites and their children after them were in charge of guarding the gates of the house of the LORD. The house of the LORD was also called the tent of meeting. 

King James Version

23 So they and their children had the oversight of the gates of the house of the LORD, namely , the house of the tabernacle, by wards.
