4 His daughter-in-law Tamar also bore him Perez and Zerah. Judah had five sons in all. (Ge 38:11; Ge 38:14; Ge 38:29; Ru 4:12; Mt 1:3) 

New International Version

4 Judah’s daughter-in-law Tamar bore Perez and Zerah to Judah. He had five sons in all. 

New International Reader’s Version

4 Tamar was Judah’s daughter-in-law. She had Perez and Zerah by him. The total number of Judah’s sons was five. 

King James Version

4 And Tamar his daughter in law bare him Pharez and Zerah. All the sons of Judah were five.
