1 耶和华啊，你忘记我要到何时呢？要到永远吗？ 你转脸不顾我要到何时呢？

2 我思绪烦乱，日夜忧伤要到何时呢？ 我的仇敌占尽上风要到何时呢？

3 我的上帝耶和华啊， 求你垂顾我，回答我， 使我眼睛明亮， 免得我在沉睡中死去，

4 免得我的仇敌说：“我们战胜了他！” 免得他们因我败落而欢喜。

5 我深信你的慈爱， 我的心要因你的拯救而欢欣。

6 耶和华一直恩待我， 我要向祂歌唱。

How Long, O Lord?

1 To the choirmaster. A Psalm of David. How long, O Lord? Will you forget me forever? How long will you hide your face from me?

2 How long must I take counsel in my soul and have sorrow in my heart all the day? How long shall my enemy be exalted over me?

3 Consider and answer me, O Lord my God; light up my eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death,

4 lest my enemy say, “I have prevailed over him,” lest my foes rejoice because I am shaken.

5 But I have trusted in your steadfast love; my heart shall rejoice in your salvation.

6 I will sing to the Lord, because he has dealt bountifully with me.
