1Gott sagt: „Passt mal auf, das ist mein Mitarbeiter, auf den ich total abfahre. Ich habe ihm meinen Energiestrom gegeben, er wird dafür sorgen, dass es bei den Völkern, die ohne Gott leben, bald korrekt zugeht.2Dabei wird er nicht wild rumbrüllen, er wird auch keine großen Reden im Fernsehen schwingen.3Den halb abgebrochenen Ast wird er nicht ganz abreißen, und das Feuer, das gerade noch so brennt, wird er nicht mit einem Eimer Wasser übergießen. Der Mitarbeiter Gottes sorgt dafür, dass alles korrekt zugeht, wirklich korrekt.4Er selbst wird nicht zusammenbrechen und auch nicht ausbrennen, man kann ihn nicht so leicht fertigmachen. Er zieht sein Ding so lange durch, bis dafür gesorgt ist, dass alles gut läuft. Überall, auch auf den entferntesten Inseln, wartet man auf seine Ansage.5Das sage ich, Gott, der Chef, der das Universum gemacht hat. Ich habe die Erde geformt und alles, was auf ihr wächst. Alles, was auf der Erde rumläuft, habe ich mit meiner Kraft angepustet, damit es leben kann.6Ich habe dich gerufen. Ich habe dich dafür ausgesucht, ich hab dich an die Hand genommen. Und ich werde auf dich aufpassen, und ich sorge dafür, dass du einen neuen Vertrag möglich machst. Durch dich werden alle Völker wieder kapieren können, wo es wirklich langgeht.7Menschen, die gefangen sind, wirst du aus ihrem Knast rausholen. Leute, die unfrei sind, wirst du befreien.8Das kommt von Gott, dem absoluten Chef, so ist mein Name. Ich möchte, dass ihr nur mich respektiert, und in dieser Sache bin ich auch sehr radikal. Ich allein möchte den Applaus bekommen, die Plastikgötter dürfen davon nichts abhaben.9Was ich schon früher angekündigt hatte, ist auch eingetreten. Jetzt sage ich neue Sachen, und bevor die passieren, kündige ich euch das heute an.“10An alle: Singt ganz neue Lieder für Gott, erfindet eine neue Musik für ihn! Er ist der Größte, das weiß man auch in der letzten Ecke der Welt. Selbst das Meer freut sich darüber und alles, was im Meer lebt, und auch die Bewohner auf den Inseln freuen sich.11Die Menschen, die in der Steppe leben, aber auch die Menschen, die in den Bergen, den Städten und Dörfern leben, sollen ihm laut zujubeln!12Alle sollen Gott zeigen, dass man Respekt vor ihm hat, und seine Siege sollen überall gefeiert werden.13Gott startet durch wie ein Held, er führt sein Heer wie ein General in den Krieg und sorgt dafür, dass alle Soldaten voll ehrgeizig bei der Sache sind. Er feuert sie an, er sagt laut „Aaaattackeeee!“. Gott zeigt, dass er der Held ist, wenn es im Kampf gegen die Feinde geht.
Gott sagt, er kann nicht länger still sein und nichts sagen
14„Schon ewig lang hab ich nichts mehr dazu gesagt“, meint Gott. „Ich habe mich zusammengerissen und meinen Mund gehalten. Aber jetzt muss ich einfach laut schreien, so wie eine Frau, die gerade ihr Baby kriegt. Ich ringe nach Luft, ich stöhne vor mich hin, beides gleichzeitig.15Auf den Bergen wächst kein einziger Grashalm mehr. Und Flüsse sollen kein Wasser mehr haben, Seen trockne ich auch aus.16Dann werde ich meine Leute an die Hand nehmen, denn sie können ja nicht mehr richtig sehen, sie sind wie blind. Ich werde sie auf meinen Weg führen, einen Weg, den sie nicht kennen und wo sie noch nie vorher waren. Was vor ihnen dunkel war, werde ich dann ausleuchten, und dort, wo man stolpern könnte, werde ich alles glatt machen. Das sind Dinge, die ich einfach tue, und davon kann mich auch keiner abbringen.17Aber die Leute, die auf Plastikgötter setzen, werden kaputtgehen. Die zu den selbst gemachten Figuren gesagt haben ‚Ihr seid jetzt unsere Götter‘ werden voll peinlich dastehen und am liebsten im Boden versinken.18Macht mal eure Lauscher auf! Das geht an diejenigen, die auf ihren Ohren sitzen. Und die ganzen Blindis sollen mal die Augen öffnen und hierherschauen!19Wer ist so blind wie mein Angestellter? Wer kann so wenig hören wie der Typ, den ich geschickt hatte? Wer ist so blind wie der Typ, dem ich vertraut hatte? Wer sitzt auf seinen Ohren wie der Angestellte von Gott?20Er kann sehen, aber er blickt es nicht. Er kann hören, aber er versteht es nicht.“21Gott fand, es wäre eine gute Idee, die Gesetze so perfekt zu machen, wie sie jetzt sind.22Aber ihr habt jetzt nichts mehr, man hat euch beklaut und ausgeplündert. Ihr habt Handschellen an, und ihr werdet in irgendwelchen dunklen Löchern festgehalten. Ihr seid Gefangene, und es gibt keinen, der euch da rausholen könnte, der sagen würde: Die gehören zu mir, gebt sie wieder frei!23Wer von euch nimmt das ernst? Wer von euch wird daraus etwas für die Zukunft lernen?24Wer hat denn die Leute von Israel schutzlos den Feinden ausgeliefert, dass man sie so einfach ausrauben kann? Gott hat das gemacht, weil sie Mist gebaut hatten. Sie wollten nicht das tun, was er gesagt hat, seine Gesetze waren ihnen total egal.25Darum hat er sie bestraft, er war voll sauer und hat deswegen dafür gesorgt, dass ein fieser Krieg in ihrem Land tobte. Er hat dafür gesorgt, dass alles um sie herum in Brand gesteckt wurde. Trotzdem kapieren die es nicht. Er hat alles angezündet, aber denen ist es wohl egal, sie nehmen das nicht ernst.

Israel’s Failure to Hear and See
