1Wenn zwischen Männern ein Streit entsteht und sie vor Gericht treten, und man richtet sie, so soll man den Gerechten für gerecht erklären und den Übeltäter für schuldig. (5Mo 16,18; 5Mo 19,17; Spr 17,15; Jes 5,20; Kla 3,35; Hes 44,24)2Und wenn der Übeltäter Schläge verdient hat, soll der Richter ihn niederfallen lassen, und man soll ihm vor seinen Augen die bestimmte Tracht Prügel geben, je nach dem Maß seiner Schuld. Die Schwagerpflicht

Übergriff beim Streit
11Wenn zwei Männer, ein Mann und sein Bruder, miteinander raufen und die Frau des einen hinzukommt, um ihren Mann aus der Hand des andern, der auf ihn einschlägt, zu befreien, und wenn sie die Hand ausstreckt und dessen Schamteile ergreift,12dann sollst du ihr die Hand abhacken. Du sollst in dir kein Mitleid aufsteigen lassen. (5Mo 19,13)
Falsches Gewicht und Maß
