1Halte den Monat Abib, und feiere dem HERRN, deinem Gott, das Passah; denn im Monat Abib hat dich der HERR, dein Gott, bei Nacht aus Ägypten herausgeführt. (2Mo 12,2; 2Mo 13,4; 2Mo 34,18; 3Mo 23,5)2Und du sollst dem HERRN, deinem Gott, als Passah Schafe und Rinder opfern an dem Ort, den der HERR erwählen wird, um seinen Namen dort wohnen zu lassen. (4Mo 28,19; 5Mo 12,5)3Du darfst nichts Gesäuertes dazu essen. Du sollst sieben Tage lang ungesäuertes Brot des Elends dazu essen, denn du bist in eiliger Flucht aus dem Land Ägypten gezogen; darum sollst du dein Leben lang an den Tag deines Auszugs aus dem Land Ägypten gedenken! (2Mo 12,17; 2Mo 13,3; 1Kor 5,7)4Und es soll sieben Tage lang kein Sauerteig gesehen werden in deinem ganzen Gebiet; und von dem Fleisch, das am Abend des ersten Tages geschlachtet worden ist, soll nichts über Nacht bis zum Morgen übrig bleiben. (4Mo 9,1)7Und du sollst es braten und an dem Ort essen, den der HERR, dein Gott, erwählen wird; und du sollst am Morgen umkehren und wieder zu deinem Zelt gehen. (2Chr 30,1; 2Chr 35,13; Lk 2,41; Joh 2,13)8Sechs Tage lang sollst du Ungesäuertes essen; und am siebten Tag ist eine Festversammlung für den HERRN, deinen Gott; da sollst du kein Werk tun. Das Fest der Wochen
9Sieben Wochen sollst du dir abzählen; wenn man anfängt, die Sichel an die Saat zu legen, sollst du anfangen, sieben Wochen zu zählen. (2Mo 34,22; 5Mo 16,16; 2Chr 8,13)10Dann sollst du dem HERRN, deinem Gott, das Fest der Wochen halten und ein freiwilliges Opfer von deiner Hand geben, je nachdem der HERR, dein Gott, dich gesegnet hat. (2Mo 23,16; 3Mo 23,15; 5Mo 16,17; Apg 2,1; 1Kor 16,2)11Und du sollst fröhlich sein vor dem HERRN, deinem Gott, du und dein Sohn und deine Tochter und dein Knecht und deine Magd und der Levit, der in deinen Toren ist, und der Fremdling und die Waise und die Witwe, die in deiner Mitte sind, an dem Ort, den der HERR, dein Gott, erwählen wird, um seinen Namen dort wohnen zu lassen. (5Mo 12,12; 5Mo 26,11)12Und bedenke, dass du ein Knecht in Ägypten gewesen bist; und du sollst diese Satzungen bewahren und tun! (5Mo 15,15; Ps 116,16; Röm 6,20; Röm 6,22; Gal 5,1)
Das Laubhüttenfest
13Das Fest der Laubhütten sollst du sieben Tage lang halten, wenn du [den Ertrag] deiner Tenne und deiner Kelter eingesammelt hast. (2Mo 23,16; 3Mo 23,34; 4Mo 29,12; Neh 8,13; Joh 7,2)14Und du sollst an deinem Fest fröhlich sein, du und dein Sohn und deine Tochter und dein Knecht und deine Magd und der Levit und der Fremdling und die Waise und die Witwe, die in deinen Toren sind. (5Mo 16,11; Neh 8,9; Lk 12,16; Lk 14,13)15Sieben Tage lang sollst du dem HERRN, deinem Gott, das Fest feiern an dem Ort, den der HERR erwählen wird; denn der HERR, dein Gott, wird dich segnen im ganzen Ertrag [deiner Ernte] und in jedem Werk deiner Hände; darum sollst du von Herzen fröhlich sein. (3Mo 23,29; Neh 8,10; Ps 4,8; Ps 89,17; Ps 90,17; Hag 2,17; Phil 4,4)16Dreimal im Jahr soll alles männliche Volk bei dir vor dem HERRN, deinem Gott, erscheinen an dem Ort, den er erwählen wird: am Fest der ungesäuerten Brote und am Fest der Wochen und am Fest der Laubhütten. Aber niemand soll mit leeren Händen vor dem HERRN erscheinen, (2Mo 23,15; 2Mo 34,23; Hag 1,9)17sondern jeder mit dem, was er geben kann, je nach dem Segen, den der HERR, dein Gott, dir gegeben hat. (5Mo 16,10; 1Chr 29,14; Mk 12,42; 2Kor 8,12)
Einsetzung von Richtern. Bewahrung des Rechts
18Du sollst dir Richter und Vorsteher einsetzen in den Toren aller deiner Städte, die der HERR, dein Gott, dir gibt in allen deinen Stämmen, damit sie das Volk richten mit gerechtem Gericht. (5Mo 1,15; 2Chr 19,5; Ps 82,1; Ps 101,1; Spr 14,34)19Du sollst das Recht nicht beugen. Du sollst auch die Person nicht ansehen und kein Bestechungsgeschenk nehmen, denn das Bestechungsgeschenk verblendet die Augen der Weisen und verdreht die Worte der Gerechten. (2Mo 23,2; 2Mo 23,6; 2Mo 23,8; 3Mo 19,15; 5Mo 27,25; 1Sam 8,3; Ps 82,2; Spr 17,23; Spr 24,23; Pred 7,7; Jes 1,23; Am 5,12)20Der Gerechtigkeit, ja der Gerechtigkeit jage nach, damit du lebst und das Land besitzen wirst, das der HERR, dein Gott, dir geben will. (Spr 11,19; Hes 18,5)
Verbot des heidnischen Götzendienstes
21Du sollst dir kein Aschera-Standbild von irgendwelchem Holz aufstellen neben dem Altar des HERRN, deines Gottes, den du dir machen wirst, (1Kön 12,28; 1Kön 13,1)22und du sollst dir auch keine Gedenksäule aufrichten, die der HERR, dein Gott, hasst. (2Mo 34,13; 3Mo 26,1; Ps 97,7)

The Feast of Weeks
9“You shall count seven weeks. Begin to count the seven weeks from the time the sickle is first put to the standing grain. (2Mo 23,16; 2Mo 34,22; 3Mo 23,15; 4Mo 28,26; Apg 2,1)10Then you shall keep the Feast of Weeks to the Lord your God with the tribute of a freewill offering from your hand, which you shall give as the Lord your God blesses you. (5Mo 12,15; 5Mo 26,1; 2Chr 8,13; 1Kor 16,2)11And you shall rejoice before the Lord your God, you and your son and your daughter, your male servant and your female servant, the Levite who is within your towns, the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow who are among you, at the place that the Lord your God will choose, to make his name dwell there. The Feast of Booths
13“You shall keep the Feast of Booths seven days, when you have gathered in the produce from your threshing floor and your winepress. (2Mo 23,16; 3Mo 23,34)14You shall rejoice in your feast, you and your son and your daughter, your male servant and your female servant, the Levite, the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow who are within your towns. (5Mo 16,11; Neh 8,9)15For seven days you shall keep the feast to the Lord your God at the place that the Lord will choose, because the Lord your God will bless you in all your produce and in all the work of your hands, so that you will be altogether joyful. (3Mo 23,39)16“Three times a year all your males shall appear before the Lord your God at the place that he will choose: at the Feast of Unleavened Bread, at the Feast of Weeks, and at the Feast of Booths. They shall not appear before the Lord empty-handed. (2Mo 23,14; 2Mo 23,15; 2Mo 23,17; 2Mo 34,23; 5Mo 31,11)17Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of the Lord your God that he has given you. Justice
18“You shall appoint judges and officers in all your towns that the Lord your God is giving you, according to your tribes, and they shall judge the people with righteous judgment. (4Mo 11,16; 5Mo 1,16; Jos 1,10; 1Chr 23,4; 1Chr 26,29)19You shall not pervert justice. You shall not show partiality, and you shall not accept a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and subverts the cause of the righteous. (2Mo 23,2; 2Mo 23,6; 2Mo 23,8; 3Mo 19,15; 5Mo 1,17; 5Mo 24,17; 5Mo 27,19; Jes 10,2; Am 5,12)20Justice, and only justice, you shall follow, that you may live and inherit the land that the Lord your God is giving you.
