Erbtöchter sollen nicht außerhalb ihres Stammes heiraten
1Und die Familienhäupter des Geschlechts der Kinder Gileads, des Sohnes Machirs, der ein Sohn Manasses war, vom Geschlecht der Kinder Josephs, traten herzu und redeten vor Mose und vor den Fürsten, den Familienhäuptern der Kinder Israels, (4Mo 26,29)2und sie sprachen: Der HERR hat meinem Herrn geboten, dass ihr den Kindern Israels das Land zum Erbteil durch das Los zuteilen sollt. Und mein Herr hat von dem HERRN ein Gebot empfangen, dass man das Erbteil Zelophchads, unseres Bruders, seinen Töchtern geben soll. (4Mo 26,55; 4Mo 27,1; 4Mo 33,54)3Wenn sie nun einen von den Söhnen der Stämme der Kinder Israels heiraten, dann wird ihr Erbteil von dem Erbteil unserer Väter abgezogen, und was sie haben, wird dem Erbteil des Stammes hinzugefügt, dem sie angehören werden; so wird es vom Los unseres Erbteils abgezogen.4Auch wenn das Halljahr der Kinder Israels kommt, dann wird ihr Erbteil dem Erbteil des Stammes beigefügt, dem sie angehören werden; so wird dann von dem Erbteil des Stammes unserer Väter ihr Erbteil abgezogen! (3Mo 25,10)5Und Mose gebot den Kindern Israels nach dem Befehl des HERRN und sprach: Der Stamm der Kinder Josephs redet recht. (4Mo 27,7; 5Mo 5,28)6Das ist das Wort, das der HERR den Töchtern Zelophchads gebietet und spricht: Sie können denjenigen heiraten, der in ihren Augen gut ist; jedoch sollen sie nur unter dem Geschlecht ihres väterlichen Stammes heiraten, (1Mo 24,3; 4Mo 36,12; 1Kor 7,39; 2Kor 6,14)7damit nicht ein Erbteil der Kinder Israels von Stamm zu Stamm übergeht; sondern jeder unter den Kindern Israels soll an dem Erbe des Stammes seiner Väter festhalten. (4Mo 36,9; 1Kön 21,3)8Und jede Tochter, die unter den Stämmen der Kinder Israels ein Erbteil besitzt, soll sich mit einem Mann aus dem Geschlecht des Stammes ihres Vaters verheiraten, damit jeder unter den Kindern Israels das Erbteil seiner Väter besitzt, (1Chr 23,22)9und damit nicht ein Erbteil von einem Stamm zu einem anderen Stamm übergeht, sondern jeder unter den Stämmen der Kinder Israels an seinem Erbteil festhält. (1Kön 21,3)10So, wie der HERR es Mose geboten hatte, so handelten die Töchter Zelophchads. (2Mo 39,42; 3Mo 24,23; 2Chr 30,12)11Und Machla, Tirza, Hogla, Milka und Noa, die Töchter Zelophchads, verheirateten sich mit ihren Vettern. (4Mo 27,11)12Sie verheirateten sich unter den Geschlechtern der Kinder Manasses, des Sohnes Josephs; und ihr Erbteil blieb bei dem Stamm des Geschlechts ihres Vaters. (1Chr 7,15)13Das sind die Gebote und Rechtsbestimmungen, die der HERR durch Mose den Kindern Israels geboten hat in den Ebenen Moabs am Jordan, gegenüber von Jericho. (3Mo 7,37; 3Mo 14,54; 3Mo 15,32; 4Mo 26,3; 4Mo 33,48; 4Mo 35,1)
1The heads of the fathers’ houses of the clan of the people of Gilead the son of Machir, son of Manasseh, from the clans of the people of Joseph, came near and spoke before Moses and before the chiefs, the heads of the fathers’ houses of the people of Israel. (4Mo 26,29)2They said, “The Lord commanded my lord to give the land for inheritance by lot to the people of Israel, and my lord was commanded by the Lord to give the inheritance of Zelophehad our brother to his daughters. (4Mo 26,55; 4Mo 27,1; 4Mo 27,7; 4Mo 33,54; Jos 17,3)3But if they are married to any of the sons of the other tribes of the people of Israel, then their inheritance will be taken from the inheritance of our fathers and added to the inheritance of the tribe into which they marry. So it will be taken away from the lot of our inheritance.4And when the jubilee of the people of Israel comes, then their inheritance will be added to the inheritance of the tribe into which they marry, and their inheritance will be taken from the inheritance of the tribe of our fathers.” (3Mo 25,10)5And Moses commanded the people of Israel according to the word of the Lord, saying, “The tribe of the people of Joseph is right. (4Mo 27,7)6This is what the Lord commands concerning the daughters of Zelophehad: ‘Let them marry whom they think best, only they shall marry within the clan of the tribe of their father. (4Mo 36,12)7The inheritance of the people of Israel shall not be transferred from one tribe to another, for every one of the people of Israel shall hold on to the inheritance of the tribe of his fathers. (1Kön 21,3)8And every daughter who possesses an inheritance in any tribe of the people of Israel shall be wife to one of the clan of the tribe of her father, so that every one of the people of Israel may possess the inheritance of his fathers. (1Chr 23,22)9So no inheritance shall be transferred from one tribe to another, for each of the tribes of the people of Israel shall hold on to its own inheritance.’”10The daughters of Zelophehad did as the Lord commanded Moses,11for Mahlah, Tirzah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Noah, the daughters of Zelophehad, were married to sons of their father’s brothers. (4Mo 27,1; Jos 17,3)12They were married into the clans of the people of Manasseh the son of Joseph, and their inheritance remained in the tribe of their father’s clan.13These are the commandments and the rules that the Lord commanded through Moses to the people of Israel in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho. (4Mo 22,1)
