1به سوی تو چشمان خود را برمیافرازم، ای خدايی كه در آسمانها نشسته و حكمرانی میكنی!2چنانكه غلامان و كنيزان از اربابان خود رحمت و كمک انتظار دارند چشمان ما نيز ای خداوند، به سوی تو است تا بر ما رحمت فرمايی.3-4ای خداوند، بر ما رحمت فرما! بر ما رحمت فرما، زيرا به ما اهانت بسيار شده و جانمان از دست ثروتمندان ظالم و مغرور به لب رسيده است.
