1 Von David, dem Diener Jahwes. Dieses Lied sang er für Jahwe, nachdem dieser ihn vor Saul und allen anderen Feinden gerettet hatte.^[1] 2 Ich liebe dich, Jahwe, du meine Stärke! 3 Jahwe, mein Fels, mein Schutz und mein Retter, / mein Gott, meine Burg, in der ich mich berge, / mein Schild, meine Zuflucht und mein sicheres Heil. 4 "Jahwe, sei gelobt!", rufe ich aus. / Ich bin gerettet vor meinen Feinden. 5 In Fesseln des Todes war ich gefangen, / Sturzbäche des Unheils erschreckten mich. 6 Mit Stricken des Todes war ich gebunden, / die Todesfalle schlug über mir zu. 7 Ich rief zu Jahwe in meiner Angst, / schrie um Hilfe zu meinem Gott. Er hörte mich in seinem Tempel, / mein Hilfeschrei erreichte sein Ohr. 8 Da wankte und schwankte die Erde, / es bebten die Gründe der Berge. / Sie zitterten, denn er wurde zornig. 9 Rauch stieg auf von seiner Nase, / und Feuer schoss aus seinem Mund, / glühende Kohlen sprühten hervor. 10 Er neigte den Himmel tief auf die Erde / und fuhr auf dunklen Wolken herab. 11 Er flog auf einem Cherub,^[2] / er schwebte auf den Schwingen des Sturms. 12 Er hüllte sich in Finsternis wie in ein Zelt, / in Regendunkel und schwarzes Gewölk. 13 Vor seinem Glanz zogen die Wolken vorbei / mit Hagel und feuriger Glut. 14 Am Himmel ließ Jahwe den Donner erdröhnen, / laut krachte die Stimme des Höchsten / mit Hagel und feuriger Glut. 15 Er schoss seine Pfeile und verjagte die Feinde, / er schleuderte Blitze und verwirrte sie. 16 Da zeigte sich der Grund der Gewässer, / die Fundamente der Welt wurden entblößt / vor deinem Drohen, Jahwe, / vor dem Schnauben deines zornigen Atems. 17 Aus der Höhe griff seine Hand nach mir, / sie fasste mich und zog mich aus der Flut. 18 Er entriss mich den mächtigen Feinden, / die stärker waren als ich und mich hassten. 19 Sie überfielen mich am Tag meines Unglücks. / Doch Jahwe wurde mein Halt. 20 Er führte mich hinaus ins Weite, / befreite mich, weil er mich mochte. 21 Jahwe hat mir mein rechtes Tun vergolten, / mich nach der Reinheit meiner Hände beschenkt. 22 Denn ich ging auf den Wegen Jahwes, / fiel nicht schuldig von meinem Gott ab. 23 Seine Urteile standen mir immer vor Augen, / und seine Vorschriften wies ich nicht ab. 24 Ich tat, was er von mir wollte / und nahm mich vor der Sünde in acht. 25 So hat Jahwe mich für mein rechtes Tun belohnt, / denn in seinen Augen waren meine Hände rein. 26 Einem Gütigen zeigst du dich gütig, / einem treuen Mann treu. 27 Dem Reinen zeigst du dich rein, / doch dem Falschen bist du verdreht. 28 Ja, du rettest das verarmte Volk, / doch stolze Augen zwingst du nieder. 29 Ja, du lässt mein Lebenslicht brennen. / Jahwe, mein Gott, macht das Dunkel mir hell. 30 Ja, einen Schutzwall erstürme ich mit dir, / mit meinem Gott überspring ich die Mauer. 31 Ja, Gott – sein Weg ist vollkommen, / Jahwes Wort ist unverfälscht. / Ein Schild ist er für alle, / die Schutz bei ihm suchen. 32 Ja, wer ist Gott, wenn nicht Jahwe! / Wer ist ein Fels, wenn nicht unser Gott! 33 Dieser Gott ist meine Kraft, / er hält mich auf dem richtigen Weg. 34 Er macht meine Füße gazellenflink / und standfest auf allen Höhen. 35 Er lehrt meine Hände das Kämpfen / und meine Arme wie man den Bogen spannt. 36 Du gabst mir den Schild deines Heils, / und deine Hand hat mich gestützt. / Du neigtest dich herab, und das machte mich groß! 37 Du schafftest meinen Schritten Raum, / meine Knöchel blieben fest. 38 Ich jagte meinen Feinden nach und holte sie ein. / Erst als sie vernichtet waren, kehrte ich um. 39 Zerschmettert habe ich sie, / sie stehen nicht wieder auf. / Besiegt lagen sie mir vor den Füßen. 40 Du gabst mir Kraft für den Kampf, / zwangst meine Gegner vor mir auf die Knie. 41 Du hast meine Feinde zur Flucht gezwungen, / ich konnte meine Hasser vernichten. 42 Sie schrien, aber da war kein Retter, / zu Jahwe, doch er hörte sie nicht. 43 Ich zerrieb sie wie Staub vor dem Wind, / leerte sie wie Straßendreck aus. 44 Du hast mich den Streitigkeiten des Volkes entrissen, / hast mich zum Haupt der Völker gesetzt. / Ein Volk, das ich nicht kannte, dient mir. 45 Sie hörten mir zu und gehorchten sofort. / Fremde Menschen schmeichelten mir. 46 Zitternd kamen sie aus ihren Burgen / und gaben ihren Widerstand auf. 47 Jahwe lebt! Gepriesen sei mein Fels, / erhoben der Gott meines Heils! 48 Denn Gott hat mir Rache verschafft, / hat mir die Völker unterworfen 49 und mich gerettet vor zornigen Feinden. / Du hast mich über meine Gegner erhoben, / mich vom Mann der Gewalttat befreit. 50 Darum will ich dich loben, Jahwe, / deinen Ruhm vor den Völkern besingen, 51 der seinem König große Siege verschafft, / der seinem Gesalbten^[3] Gnade erweist, / David und seinen Nachkommen für alle Zeit.

لِقَائِدِ الْمُنْشِدِينَ. لِعَبْدِ الرَّبِّ دَاوُدَ. قَصِيدَةٌ خَاطَبَ بِها الرَّبَّ يَوْمَ أَنْقَذَهُ مِنْ قَبْضَةِ كُلِّ أَعْدَائِهِ وَمِنْ يَدِ شَاوُلَ. فَقَالَ:

1 أُحِبُّكَ يَا رَبُّ، يَا قُوَّتِي. 2 الرَّبُّ صَخْرَتِي وَحِصْنِي وَمُنْقِذِي. إِلَهِي صَخْرَتِي بِهِ أَحْتَمِي. تُرْسِي وَرُكْنُ خَلاصِي، وَقَلْعَتِي الْحَصِينَةُ. 3 أَدْعُو الرَّبَّ الْجَدِيرَ بِكُلِّ حَمْدٍ فَيُخَلِّصُنِي مِنْ أَعْدَائِي. 4 قَدْ أَحْدَقَتْ بِي حِبَالُ الْمَوْتِ، وَأَفْزَعَتْنِي سُيُولُ الْهَلاكِ. 5 أَحَاطَتْ بِي حِبَالُ الْهَاوِيَةِ، وَأَطْبَقَتْ عَلَيَّ فِخَاخُ الْمَوْتِ. 6 فِي ضِيقِي دَعَوْتُ الرَّبَّ وَصَرَخْتُ إِلَى إِلَهِي، فَسَمِعَ صَوْتِي مِنْ هَيْكَلِهِ، وَصَعِدَ صُرَاخِي أَمَامَهُ، بَلْ دَخَلَ أُذُنَيْهِ. 7 عِنْدَئِذٍ ارْتَجَّتِ الأَرْضُ وَتَزَلْزَلَتْ. ارْتَجَفَتْ أَسَاسَاتُ الْجِبَالِ وَاهْتَزَّتْ، لأَنَّ الرَّبَّ غَضِبَ. 8 نَفَثَ أَنْفُهُ دُخَاناً، وَانْقَذَفَتْ نَارٌ آكِلَةٌ مِنْ فَمِهِ، وَكَأَنَّهَا جَمْرٌ مُلْتَهِبٌ. 9 طَأْطَأَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَنَزَلَ، فَكَانَتِ الْغُيُومُ الْمُتَجَهِّمَةُ تَحْتَ قَدَمَيْهِ. 10 امْتَطَى مَرْكَبَةً مِنْ مَلائِكَةِ الْكَرُوبِيمِ، وَطَارَ مُسْرِعاً عَلَى أَجْنِحَةِ الرِّيْاحِ. 11 جَعَلَ الظُّلْمَةَ سِتَاراً لَهُ، وَصَارَ ضَبَابُ الْمِيَاهِ وَسُحُبُ الْسَّمَاءِ الدَّاكِنَةُ مِظَلَّتَهُ الْمُحِيطَةَ بِهِ. 12 مِنْ بَهَاءِ طَلْعَتِهِ عَبَرَتِ السُّحُبُ أَمَامَهُ. حَدَثَتْ عَاصِفَةُ بَرَدٍ وَبَرْقٍ كَالْجَمْرِ الْمُلْتَهِبِ. 13 أَرْعَدَ الرَّبُّ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ، أَطْلَقَ الْعَلِيُّ صَوْتَهُ فَانْهَمَرَ بَرَدٌ، وَانْدَلَعَتْ نَارُ! 14 أَطْلَقَ سِهَامَهُ فَبَدَّدَ أَعْدَائِي، وَأَرْسَلَ بُرُوقَهُ فَأَزْعَجَهُمْ. 15 ظَهَرَتْ مَجَارِي الْمِيَاهِ الْعَمِيقَةِ، وَانْكَشَفَتْ أُسُسُ الْمَسْكُونَةِ مِنْ زَجْرِكَ يَا رَبُّ، وَمِنْ أَنْفِكَ اللّافِحَةِ. 16 مَدَّ الرَّبُّ يَدَهُ مِنَ الْعُلَى وَأَمْسَكَنِي، وَانْتَشَلَنِي مِنَ السُّيُولِ الْغَامِرَةِ. 17 أَنْقَذَنِي مِنْ عَدُوِّي الْقَويِّ، وَمِنَ مُبْغِضِيَّ، لأَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا أَقْوَى مِنِّي. 18 تَصَدَّوْا لِي فِي يَوْمِ بَلِيَّتِي، فَكَانَ الرَّبُّ سَنَدِي، 19 وَاقْتَادَنِي إِلَى مَكَانٍ رَحِيبٍ. أَنْقَذَنِي لأَنَّهُ سُرَّ بِي. 20 يُكَافِئُنِي الرَّبُّ بِمُقْتَضَى بِرِّي وَيُعَوِّضُنِي حَسَبَ طَهَارَةِ يَدَيَّ، 21 لأَنِّي سَلَكْتُ دَائِماً فِي طُرُقِ الرَّبِّ وَلَمْ أَعْصَ إِلَهِي. 22 جَعَلْتُ أَحْكَامَهُ دَائِماً نُصْبَ عَيْنَيَّ، وَلَمْ أَحِدْ عَنْ فَرَائِضِهِ. 23 وَأَكُونُ مَعَهُ كَامِلاً وَأَصُونُ نَفْسِي مِنْ إِثْمِي. 24 فَيُكَافِئُنِي الرَّبُّ وَفْقاً لِبِرِّي، بِحَسَبِ طَهَارَةِ يَدَيَّ أَمَامَ عَيْنَيْهِ. 25 مَعَ الرَّحِيمِ تَكُونُ رَحِيماً، وَمَعَ الْكَامِلِ تَكُونُ كَامِلاً، 26 وَمَعَ الطَّاهِرِ تَكُونُ طَاهِراً، وَمَعَ الْمُعْوَجِّ تَكُونُ مُعْوَجّاً. 27 لأَنَّكَ أَنْتَ تُخَلِّصُ الشَّعْبَ الْمُتَضَايِقَ، أَمَّا الْمُتَرَفِّعُونَ فَتَخْفِضُ عُيُونَهُمْ. 28 لأَنَّكَ أَيُّهَا الرَّبُّ إِلَهِي تَضِيءُ مِصْبَاحِي، وَتُحَوِّلُ ظَلامِي نُوراً 29 لأَنِّي بِكَ اقْتَحَمْتُ جَيْشاً، وَبِمَعُونَةِ إِلَهِي اخْتَرَقْتُ أَسْوَاراً. 30 مَا أَكْمَلَ طَرِيقَ الرَّبِّ! إِنَّ كَلِمَتَهُ نَقِيَّةٌ، وَهُوَ تُرْسٌ يَحْمِي جَمِيعَ الْمُلْتَجِئِينَ إِلَيْهِ. 31 فَمَنْ هُوَ إِلْهٌ غَيْرُ الرَّبِّ؟ وَمَنْ هُوَ صَخْرَةٌ سِوَى إِلَهِنَا؟ 32 يَشُدُّنِي اللهُ بِحِزامٍ مِنَ الْقُوَّةِ، وَيَجْعَلُ طَرِيقِي كَامِلاً، 33 يُثَبِّتُ قَدَمَيَّ كَأَقْدَامِ الإيَّلِ وَيُصْعِدُنِي عَلَى مُرْتَفَعَاتِي الْوَعِرَةِ. 34 يُدَرِّبُ يَدَيَّ عَلَى فَنِّ الْحَرْبِ، فَتَشُدُّ ذِرَاعَايَ قَوْساً مِنْ نُحَاسٍ. 35 تَجْعَلُ أَيْضاً خَلاصَكَ تُرْساً لِي، فَتُعَضِّدُنِي بِيَمِينِكَ، وَيُعَظِّمُنِي لُطْفُكَ. 36 وَسَّعْتَ طَرِيقِي تَحْتَ قَدَمَيَّ، فَلَمْ تَتَقَلْقَلْ عَقِبَايَ. 37 أُطَارِدُ أَعْدَائِي فَأُدْرِكُهُمْ، وَلَا أَرْجِعُ حَتَّى أُبِيدَهُمْ. 38 أَسْحَقُهُمْ فَلَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ النُّهُوضَ. يَسْقُطُونَ تَحْتَ قَدَمَيَّ. 39 تُمَنْطِقُنِي بِحِزَامٍ مِنَ الْقُوَّةِ تَأَهُّباً لِلْقِتَالِ. تُخْضِعُ لِسُلْطَانِي الْمُتَمَرِّدِينَ عَلَيَّ. 40 يُوَلُّونَ الأَدْبَارَ هَرَباً أَمَامِي. وَأُفْنِي الَّذِينَ يُبْغِضُونَنِي. 41 يَسْتَغِيثُونَ وَلَا مُخَلِّصَ. يُنَادُونَ الرَّبَّ فَلَا يَسْتَجِيبُ لَهُمْ. 42 فَأَسْحَقُهُمْ كَالْغُبَارِ فِي مَهَبِّ الرِّيحِ، وَأَطْرَحُهُمْ مِثْلَ الطِّينِ فِي الشَّوَارِعِ. 43 تُنْقِذُنِي مِنْ ثَوْرَاتِ الشَّعْبِ، وَتَجْعَلُنِي سَيِّداً لِلأُمَمِ، حَتَّى صَارَ شَعْبٌ لَمْ أَكُنْ أَعْرِفُهُ عَبْداً يَخْدِمُنِي. 44 فَمَا إِنْ يَسْمَعُوا أَمْرِي حَتَّى يُلَبُّوهُ. الْغُرَبَاءُ يَتَذَلَّلُونَ لِي 45 الْغُرَبَاءُ يَخُورُونَ، يَخْرُجُونَ مِنْ حُصُونِهِمْ مُرْتَعِدِينَ. 46 حَيٌّ هُوَ الرَّبُّ، وَمُبَارَكٌ صَخْرَتِي، وَمُتَعَالٍ إِلَهُ خَلاصِي، 47 الإِلَهُ الْمُنْتَقِمُ لِي، يُخْضِعُ الشُّعُوبَ لِسُلْطَانِي، 48 مُنْقِذِي مِنْ أَعْدَائِي، رَافِعِي عَلَى الْمُتَمَرِّدِينَ عَلَيَّ، وَمِنَ الرَّجُلِ الطَّاغِي تُخَلِّصُنِي. 49 لِهَذَا أَعْتَرِفُ لَكَ بَيْنَ الأُمَمِ وَأُرَتِّلُ لاِسْمِكَ. 50 يَا مَانِحَ الْخَلاصِ الْعَظِيمِ لِمَلِكِهِ، وَصَانِعَ الرَّحْمَةِ لِمَسِيحِهِ، لِدَاوُدَ وَنَسْلِهِ إِلَى الأَبَدِ.

A Psalm of David, the servant of the Lord, who addressed the words of this song to the Lord on the day when the Lord delivered him from the hand of all his enemies, and from the hand of Saul. Песнь Давуда. 2 Небеса провозглашают славу Всевышнего, о делах Его рук возвещает их свод; 3 изо дня в день вещают они, каждую ночь открывают знание. 4 Хотя они не используют ни речи, ни слов, и не издают ни звука, 5 всё же их голос слышен по всей земле, их слова – до краёв света. В небесах Он поставил шатёр для солнца, 6 и оно выходит, словно жених из спальни своей, и, как атлет, радуется предстоящему забегу. 7 Встаёт оно на одном краю небес и совершает свой путь к другому краю, и ничто от жара его не скрыто. 8 Закон Вечного совершенен, обновляет душу. Заповеди Вечного непреложны, умудряют простых. 9 Наставления Вечного праведны, радуют сердце. Повеления Вечного лучезарны, просветляют глаза. 10 Страх Вечного чист, пребывает вовеки. Законы Вечного истинны, все праведны. 11 Они желаннее золота, даже множества золота чистого; слаще, нежели мёд, нежели капли из сот. 12 Раб Твой ими храним; в соблюдении их большая награда. 13 Кто к ошибкам своим не слеп?
