Verheißung für das Bergland Israels

1 „Du Mensch, weissage über die Berge Israels! Sag: Ihr Berge Israels, hört das Wort Jahwes! 2 So spricht Jahwe, der Herr: Weil die Feinde über euch sagen: 'Ha, die ewigen Höhen sind jetzt unser Besitz!', 3 weissage Folgendes: So spricht Jahwe, der Herr: Ja gerade deshalb, weil man euch verwüstet, weil man von allen Seiten nach euch geschnappt hat, so dass ihr jetzt Besitz der übrigen Völker seid, weil ihr ins Gerede gekommen und zum Gespött der Leute geworden seid, 4 gerade deshalb hört das Wort Jahwes, ihr Berge Israels! So spricht Jahwe, der Herr, zu den Bergen und Hügeln, den Rinnen und Tälern, zu den verfallenen Ruinen und den verlassenen Städten, die von den Nachbarvölkern ausgeplündert und zum Spott geworden sind: 5 Mit Feuereifer habe ich gegen Edom und den Rest der Völker geredet, die sich voller Schadenfreude und Verachtung mein Land als Erbgut angeeignet und sein Weideland ausgeplündert haben. 6 Weissage über das Land Israel und sage zu den Bergen und Hügeln, den Rinnen und Tälern: So spricht Jahwe, der Herr: Passt auf! Voller Leidenschaft und Zorn habe ich geredet, weil ihr von den Völkern Schimpf ertragen müsst. 7 So spricht Jahwe, der Herr: Ich selbst erhebe meine Hand und schwöre: 'Was eure Nachbarvölker euch angetan haben, wird auf sie selbst zurückfallen. Sie werden ihre eigene Schande zu tragen haben!' 8 Doch ihr Berge Israels, ihr werdet wieder grünen und Frucht tragen, denn mein Volk kommt bald zurück. 9 Passt auf, ich greife ein und wende mich euch zu! Dann ackert und sät man wieder auf euch. 10 Ich werde die Menschen auf euch vermehren, und zwar das ganze Volk Israel. Die Städte werden wieder bewohnt und die Ruinen aufgebaut sein. 11 Menschen und Tiere lasse ich zahlreich werden; sie werden fruchtbar sein und sich vermehren. Ich mache euch bewohnt wie in früheren Zeiten und werde euch mehr Gutes tun als jemals zuvor. Dann werdet ihr erkennen, dass ich Jahwe bin. 12 Ich lasse wieder Menschen auf euch gehen, nämlich mein Volk Israel. Die sollen euch als Erbgut besitzen. Und ihr werdet sie nie mehr kinderlos machen. 13 So spricht Jahwe, der Herr: Weil sie zu euch Bergen Israels sagen: 'Du bist ein Land, das seine Bewohner verschlingt und deinem Volk die Kinder raubt!', 14 spricht Jahwe, der Herr: 'Das wird in Zukunft nicht mehr geschehen, du wirst niemand mehr verschlingen und dein Volk nicht mehr kinderlos machen!' 15 Ihr werdet nicht mehr anhören müssen, wie die Völker euch verhöhnen, ihr werdet ihren Spott nicht mehr ertragen müssen. Du wirst dein Volk nie mehr zum Stürzen bringen, spricht Jahwe, der Herr.“

Erneuerung durch Gottes Geist

16 Das Wort Jahwes kam zu mir. Er sagte: 17 „Du Mensch, als das Volk Israel noch in seinem Land wohnte, haben sie es durch ihr Tun und Treiben besudelt. Ihr Verhalten machte es unrein vor mir so wie die Monatsblutung eine Frau. 18 Sie haben Blut im Land vergossen und es durch ihre Götzen besudelt. Da schüttete ich meinen Grimm über sie aus. 19 Ich versprengte sie unter die Völker, zerstreute sie in fremde Länder. Ich bestrafte sie nach ihrem Tun und Treiben. 20 Aber wohin sie auch kamen, brachten sie meinen heiligen Namen in Verruf, denn die Leute dort sagten: 'Das ist das Volk Jahwes, aber sie mussten aus seinem Land weg!' 21 Da tat es mir um meinen heiligen Namen leid, denn die Leute von Israel entweihten ihn, wohin sie auch kamen. 22 Darum sage zum Haus Israel: So spricht Jahwe, der Herr: Ich mache es nicht wegen euch, ihr Leute von Israel, sondern ich greife wegen meines heiligen Namens ein. Ihr habt ihn bei allen Völkern in Verruf gebracht, zu denen ihr gekommen seid. 23 Ich werde meinen großen Namen, den ihr unter den Völkern entweiht habt, wieder zu Ehren bringen. Und wenn ich mich vor den Augen der Völker an euch als heilig erweise, spricht Jahwe, der Herr, werden auch sie erkennen, dass ich es bin – Jahwe! 24 Ich werde euch also aus den Völkern herausholen, euch aus allen Ländern einsammeln und euch auf euren Grund und Boden zurückbringen. 25 Dann werde ich reines Wasser auf euch sprengen und euch so von allem Dreck und allen Götzen reinigen. 26 Ich gebe euch ein neues Herz und einen neuen Geist: Das versteinerte Herz nehme ich aus eurer Brust und gebe euch ein lebendiges dafür. 27 Ich lege meinen Geist in euch und bewirke, dass ihr meinen Gesetzen folgt und euch nach meinen Rechtsbestimmungen richtet. 28 Ihr werdet in dem Land wohnen, das ich euren Vorfahren gegeben habe. Ihr werdet mein Volk sein, und ich, ich werde euer Gott sein! 29 Ich werde euch von allem Sündenschmutz befreien. Ich rufe das Korn herbei und lasse es wachsen und werde keine Hungersnot mehr über euch bringen. 30 Ich vermehre die Früchte auf den Bäumen und den Ertrag der Felder, damit ihr von den anderen Völkern nicht mehr als Hungerleider verspottet werdet. 31 Dann werdet ihr an euer böses Tun und Treiben von früher denken und vor euch selbst Ekel empfinden wegen eurer Sünden und Gräueltaten. 32 Ich tue das nicht wegen euch, spricht Jahwe, der Herr, das sollt ihr wissen! Im Gegenteil: Ihr habt allen Grund, euch zu schämen, ihr Israeliten! 33 So spricht Jahwe, der Herr: Wenn ich euch von all eurer Schuld gereinigt habe, werde ich die Städte wieder bewohnt und die Ruinen aufgebaut sein lassen. 34 Das verwüstete Land soll wieder bestellt werden und einem, der durchreist, nicht mehr als Einöde erscheinen. 35 Dann wird man sagen: Dieses wüste Land ist wie der Garten Eden geworden, die verlassenen, verwüsteten und in Trümmern liegenden Städte sind bewohnt und gut befestigt. 36 Dann werden die Völker, die um euch herum noch übrig geblieben sind, erkennen, dass ich, Jahwe, das Niedergerissene aufbaue und das Verwüstete neu bepflanze. Ich, Jahwe, habe es gesagt, und ich werde es auch tun! 37 So spricht Jahwe, der Herr: Ich werde den Leuten Israels auch diese Bitte noch erfüllen: Ich werde sie vermehren wie eine Herde Schafe. 38 Die verödeten Städte werden so voller Menschen sein, wie Jerusalem zu seinen Festzeiten von Opferschafen wimmelt. Dann wird man erkennen, dass ich Jahwe bin.“

1 «أَمَّا أَنْتَ يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ، فَتَنَبَّأْ لِجِبَالِ إِسْرَائِيلَ وَقُلْ: اسْمَعِي يَا جِبَالَ إِسْرَائِيلَ كَلِمَةَ الرَّبِّ. 2 هَذَا مَا يُعْلِنُهُ السَّيِّدُ الرَّبُّ: لأَنَّ الْعَدُوَّ قَدْ تَهَكَّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ قَائِلاً: هَهْ. قَدْ صَارَتِ الْمُرْتَفَعَاتُ الْقَدِيمَةُ مِيرَاثاً لَنَا. 3 لِذَلِكَ تَنَبَّأْ وَقُلْ: لأَنَّهُمْ قَدْ دَمَّرُوكُمْ وَاقْتَحَمُوكُمْ مِنْ كُلِّ جِهَةٍ لِتُصْبِحُوا مِيرَاثاً لِسَائِرِ الأُمَمِ، وَصِرْتُمْ حَدِيثَ كُلِّ شَفَةٍ وَمَذَمَّةَ الشَّعْبِ، 4 لِذَلِكَ اسْمَعِي يَا جِبَالَ إِسْرَائِيلَ وَحْيَ السَّيِّدِ الرَّبِّ لِلْجِبَالِ وَالآكَامِ وَالأَنْهَارِ وَالأَوْدِيَةِ وَلِلْخَرَائِبِ الْمُقْفِرَةِ وَلِلْمُدُنِ الْمَهْجُورَةِ الَّتِي صَارَتْ نَهْباً لِبَقِيَّةِ الأُمَمِ الْمُحِيطَةِ بِها وَمَثَارَ اسْتِهْزَاءٍ: 5 هَا أَنَا فِي أَثْنَاءِ احْتِدَامِ نَارِ غَيْرَتِي أَصْدَرْتُ قَضَائِي عَلَى بَقِيَّةِ الأُمَمِ وَعَلَى أَدُومَ قَاطِبَةً، الَّذِينَ اغْتَصَبُوا أَرْضِي مِيرَاثاً لَهُمْ، بِقُلُوبٍ مُغْتَبِطَةٍ وَنُفُوسٍ حَاقِدَةٍ لِتَكُونَ لَهُمْ نَهْباً وَغَنِيمَةً. 6 لِذَلِكَ تَنَبَّأْ عَنْ أَرْضِ إِسْرَائِيلَ وَقُلْ لِلْجِبَالِ وَالتِّلالِ وَالأَوْدِيَةِ: هَذَا مَا يُعْلِنُهُ السَّيِّدُ الرَّبُّ: هَا أَنَا فِي غَيْرَتِي وَسَخَطِي قَدْ أَصْدَرْتُ قَضَائِي لأَنَّكُمْ قَدْ تَحَمَّلْتُمْ تَعْيِيرَ الأُمَمِ، 7 فَأَقْسَمْتُ أَنْ تَتَحَمَّلَ الأُمَمُ الْمُحِيطَةُ بِكُمْ عَارَ أَنْفُسِهِمْ. 8 أَمَّا أَنْتِ يَا جِبَالَ إِسْرَائِيلَ فَتُفْرِخِينَ فُرُوعَكِ، وَتَحْمِلُ أَشْجَارُكِ أَثْمَاراً لِشَعْبِي إِسْرَائِيلَ لأَنَّ مَوْعِدَ رُجُوعِهِمْ بَاتَ وَشِيكاً. 9 فَأَنَا لَكِ، أَعْتَنِي بِكِ فَتُحْرَثِينَ وَتُزْرَعِينَ. 10 وَأَجْعَلُكِ آهِلَةً بِالنَّاسِ، كُلِّ شَعْبِ إِسْرَائِيلَ، فَتُعْمَرُ الْمُدُنُ وَتُبْنَى الْخَرَائِبُ. 11 وَأُكَثِّرُ عَلَيْكِ الإِنْسَانَ وَالْبَهِيمَةَ فَيَكْثُرُونَ وَيُثْمِرُونَ، فَتُصْبِحِينَ آهِلَةً كَسَالِفِ الزَّمَانِ، وَأُحْسِنُ إِلَيْكِ أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا أَحْسَنْتُ فِي الأَيَّامِ الْغَابِرَةِ، فَتُدْرِكُونَ جَمِيعاً أَنِّي أَنَا الرَّبُّ. 12 وَأَجْعَلُ النَّاسَ مِنْ شَعْبِي إِسْرَائِيلَ يَخْطِرُونَ عَلَيْكِ، فَيَرِثُونَكِ وَتَكُونِينَ لَهُمْ مِلْكاً وَلا تُثْكِلِينَهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدُ. 13 لأَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا لَكِ: أَنْتِ مُفْتَرِسَةُ النَّاسِ وَمُثْكِلَةُ شُعُوبِكِ 14 لِهَذَا لَنْ تَفْتَرِسِي النَّاسَ بَعْدُ، وَلَنْ تُثْكِلِي شُعُوبَكِ يَقُولُ السَّيِّدُ الرَّبُّ. 15 وَلا يَتَرَدَّدُ فِيكِ مِنْ بَعْدُ تَعْيِيرُ الأُمَمِ، وَلا تَحْمِلِينَ تَعْيِيرَ الشُّعُوبِ وَلا تَعُودِينَ تُعْثِرِينَ شُعُوبَكِ يَقُولُ السَّيِّدُ الرَّبُّ».

16 وَأَوْحَى إِلَيَّ الرَّبُّ بِكَلِمَتِهِ قَائِلاً: 17 «يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ، عِنْدَمَا أَقَامَ شَعْبُ إِسْرَائِيلَ فِي أَرْضِهِمْ نَجَّسُوهَا بِطُرُقِهِمِ الشِّرِّيرَةِ وَتَصَرُّفَاتِهِمْ. كَانَتْ طَرِيقُهُمْ أَمَامِي نَجِسَةً كَنَجَاسَةِ الطَّامِثِ. 18 فَسَكَبْتُ غَضَبِي عَلَيْهِمْ مِنْ جَرَّاءِ مَا سَفَكُوهُ مِنْ دَمٍ عَلَى الأَرْضِ الَّتِي نَجَّسُوهَا بِأَصْنَامِهِمْ. 19 فَفَرَّقْتُهُمْ بَيْنَ الأُمَمِ وَشَتَّتُّهُمْ فِي الْبُلْدَانِ، وَدِنْتُهُمْ بِمُقْتَضَى طَرِيقِهِمْ وَتَصَرُّفَاتِهِمْ. 20 وَحِينَ اسْتَقَرُّوا بَيْنَ الأُمَمِ الَّتِي تَفَرَّقُوا بَيْنَهَا، دَنَّسُوا اسْمِي الْقُدُّوسَ إِذْ قِيلَ لَهُمْ: هَؤُلاءِ شَعْبُ الرَّبِّ وَقَدْ طُرِدُوا مِنْ أَرْضِهِ. 21 فَغِرْتُ عَلَى اسْمِي الَّذِي نَجَّسَهُ شَعْبُ إِسْرَائِيلَ بَيْنَ الأُمَمِ الَّتِي تَفَرَّقُوا بَيْنَهَا. 22 لِذَلِكَ قُلْ لِشَعْبِ إِسْرَائِيلَ: لَيْسَ لأَجْلِكُمْ أَنَا مُوْشِكٌ أَن أَعْمَلَ (عَظَائِمَ) يَا شَعْبَ إِسْرَائِيلَ، بَلْ غَيْرَةً عَلَى اسْمِي الَّذِي دَنَّسْتُمُوهُ بَيْنَ الأُمَمِ الَّتِي تَفَرَّقْتُمْ بَيْنَهَا. 23 فَأُقَدِّسُ اسْمِي الْعَظِيمَ الَّذِي صَارَ بِسَبَبِكُمْ مُنَجَّساً بَيْنَ الأُمَمِ الَّتِي تَفَرَّقْتُمْ بَيْنَهَا، فَتُدْرِكُ الأُمَمُ أَنِّي أَنَا الرَّبُّ حِينَ أَتَقَدَّسُ فِيكُمْ أَمَامَ أَعْيُنِهِمْ يَقُولُ السَّيِّدُ الرَّبُّ. 24 إِذْ آخُذُكُمْ مِنْ بَيْنِ الأُمَمِ وَأَجْمَعُكُمْ مِنْ كُلِّ الْبُلْدَانِ وَأُحْضِرُكُمْ إِلَى أَرْضِكُمْ، 25 وَأَرُشُّ عَلَيْكُمْ مَاءً نَقِيًّا فَتَطْهُرُونَ مِنْ كُلِّ نَجَاسَتِكُمْ وَمِنْ كُلِّ أَصْنَامِكُمْ، 26 وَأَهَبُكُمْ قَلْباً جَدِيداً، وَأَضَعُ فِي دَاخِلِكُمْ رُوحاً جَدِيدَةً، وَأَنْتَزِعُ مِنْ لَحْمِكُمْ قَلْبَ الْحَجَرِ وَأُعْطِيكُمْ عِوَضاً عَنْهُ قَلْبَ لَحْمٍ. 27 وَأَضَعُ رُوحِي فِي دَاخِلِكُمْ فَأَجْعَلُكُمْ تُمَارِسُونَ فَرَائِضِي وَتُطِيعُونَ أَحْكَامِي عَامِلِينَ بِها، 28 وَتَسْكُنُونَ الأَرْضَ الَّتِي وَهَبْتُهَا لِآبَائِكُمْ وَتَكُونُونَ لِي شَعْباً وَأَنَا أَكُونُ لَكُمْ إِلَهاً، 29 وَأُخَلِّصُكُمْ مِنْ جَمِيعِ نَجَاسَتِكُمْ وَآمُرُ الْحِنْطَةَ أَنْ تَتَكَاثَرَ، وَلا أَجْلِبُ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَجَاعَةَ. 30 وَأُكَثِّرُ أَثْمَارَ الأَشْجَارِ وَمَحَاصِيلَ الْحَقْلِ لِئَلّا تَتَعَرَّضُوا لِعَارِ الْجُوعِ بَيْنَ الأُمَمِ. 31 فَتَذْكُرُونَ طُرُقَكُمُ الأَثِيمَةَ وَتَصَرُّفَاتِكُمُ الطَّالِحَةَ، وَتَمْقُتُونَ أَنْفُسَكُمْ فِي أَعْيُنِكُمْ لِمَا ارْتَكَبْتُمْ مِنْ آثَامٍ وَرَجَاسَاتٍ. 32 لِهَذَا اعْلَمُوا أَنَّهُ لَيْسَ مِنْ أَجْلِكُمْ أَنَا أَفْعَلُ هَذَا، يَقُولُ السَّيِّدُ الرَّبُّ، فَاخْجَلُوا وَاخْزَوْا مِنْ طُرُقِكُمْ يَا شَعْبَ إِسْرَائِيلَ. 33 وَهَذَا مَا يُعْلِنُهُ السَّيِّدُ الرَّبُّ: فِي الْيَوْمِ الَّذِي أُطَهِّرُكُمْ فِيهِ مِنْ كُلِّ آثَامِكُمْ أُسْكِنُكُمْ فِي الْمُدُنِ فَتُبْنَى الْخَرَائِبُ، 34 وَتُفْلَحُ الأَرْضُ الْجَرْدَاءُ عِوَضَ أَنْ تَبْقَى أَرْضاً خَرِبَةً فِي عَيْنَيْ كُلِّ عَابِرٍ. 35 فَيَقُولُونَ: قَدْ صَارَتْ هَذِهِ الأَرْضُ الْجَرْدَاءُ كَجَنَّةِ عَدْنٍ، وَأَصْبَحَتِ الْمُدُنُ الْمَهْجُورَةُ الْمُتَهَدِّمَةُ مُدُناً مُحَصَّنَةً آهِلَةً. 36 فَتُدْرِكُ الأُمَمُ الَّتِي مَا بَرِحَتْ حَوْلَكُمْ أَنِّي أَنَا الرَّبُّ، قَدْ بَنَيْتُ مَا تَهَدَّمَ، وَغَرَسْتُ مَا أَقْفَرَ أَنَا الرَّبُّ قَدْ نَطَقْتُ وَأُنْجِزُ مَا وَعَدْتُ بِهِ. 37 عِنْدَئِذٍ أَجْعَلُ شَعْبَ إِسْرَائِيلَ يَلْتَمِسُونَ هَذَا مِنِّي، فَأَسْتَجِيبُ لِمَطْلَبِهِمْ: أَنْ أُكَثِّرَهُمْ كَقَطِيعِ غَنَمٍ. 38 كَغَنَمِ الذَّبَائِحِ الْمُقَدَّسَةِ، كَغَنَمِ أُورُشَلِيمَ فِي مَوَاسِمِ أَعْيَادِهَا، فَتَكْتَظُّ الْمُدُنُ الْخَرِبَةُ بِجَمَاعَاتِ النَّاسِ الْغَفِيرَةِ، فَيُدْرِكُونَ أَنِّي أَنَا الرَّبُّ».

Prophecy to the Mountains of Israel

1 “And you, son of man, prophesy to the mountains of Israel, and say, O mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord. (Hes 2,1; Hes 6,2) 2 Thus says the Lord God: Because the enemy said of you, ‘Aha!’ and, ‘The ancient heights have become our possession,’ (5Mo 32,13; Hes 25,3; Hes 26,2; Hes 35,10; Hes 35,12; Hes 36,5)

3 therefore prophesy, and say, Thus says the Lord God: Precisely because they made you desolate and crushed you from all sides, so that you became the possession of the rest of the nations, and you became the talk and evil gossip of the people, (Kla 2,15; Hes 6,3) 4 therefore, O mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord God: Thus says the Lord God to the mountains and the hills, the ravines and the valleys, the desolate wastes and the deserted cities, which have become a prey and derision to the rest of the nations all around, (Hes 6,3; Hes 7,21; Hes 33,24; Hes 33,27)

5 therefore thus says the Lord God: Surely I have spoken in my hot jealousy against the rest of the nations and against all Edom, who gave my land to themselves as a possession with wholehearted joy and utter contempt, that they might make its pasturelands a prey. 6 Therefore prophesy concerning the land of Israel, and say to the mountains and hills, to the ravines and valleys, Thus says the Lord God: Behold, I have spoken in my jealous wrath, because you have suffered the reproach of the nations. (Hes 32,24; Hes 36,1; Hes 36,5) 7 Therefore thus says the Lord God: I swear that the nations that are all around you shall themselves suffer reproach. (Hes 20,5; Hes 36,6) 8 “But you, O mountains of Israel, shall shoot forth your branches and yield your fruit to my people Israel, for they will soon come home. (Jes 56,1; Hes 12,23; Hes 17,23) 9 For behold, I am for you, and I will turn to you, and you shall be tilled and sown. (Hes 5,8; Hes 36,34) 10 And I will multiply people on you, the whole house of Israel, all of it. The cities shall be inhabited and the waste places rebuilt. 12 I will let people walk on you, even my people Israel. And they shall possess you, and you shall be their inheritance, and you shall no longer bereave them of children. (Hes 5,17; Ob 1,17) 13 Thus says the Lord God: Because they say to you, ‘You devour people, and you bereave your nation of children,’ (4Mo 13,32) 14 therefore you shall no longer devour people and no longer bereave your nation of children, declares the Lord God. 15 And I will not let you hear anymore the reproach of the nations, and you shall no longer bear the disgrace of the peoples and no longer cause your nation to stumble, declares the Lord God.” (Hes 36,6)

The Lord’s Concern for His Holy Name

16 The word of the Lord came to me: 17 “Son of man, when the house of Israel lived in their own land, they defiled it by their ways and their deeds. Their ways before me were like the uncleanness of a woman in her menstrual impurity. (3Mo 18,19; 3Mo 18,25; Hes 2,1) 18 So I poured out my wrath upon them for the blood that they had shed in the land, for the idols with which they had defiled it. 19 I scattered them among the nations, and they were dispersed through the countries. In accordance with their ways and their deeds I judged them. Так говорит Владыка Вечный горам и холмам, ущельям и долинам, заброшенным развалинам и обезлюдевшим городам, которые стали добычей и предметом насмешек для прочих народов вокруг вас, – 5 так говорит Владыка Вечный: В пылающей ревности Я говорил против прочих народов и против всего Эдома. Города заселятся, и развалины будут отстроены. 11 Я умножу на вас людей и скот; они будут плодовиты и размножатся. Я поселю на вас людей, как и прежде, и сделаю вам ещё больше добра, чем раньше. Тогда вы узнаете, что Я – Вечный. 12 Я приведу на вас людей – Мой народ Исраил. Они будут владеть вами, вы станете их наследием и не будете больше лишать их детей». 13 Так говорит Владыка Вечный: «Так как вам говорят: „Вы пожираете людей и отнимаете детей у своего народа“, 14 вы больше не будете пожирать людей и отнимать у своего народа детей, – возвещает Владыка Вечный. – 15 Я больше не дам вам услышать оскорбления народов; вы больше не будете ни терпеть позор от других народов, ни отнимать детей у своего народа», – возвещает Владыка Вечный. 16 И снова было ко мне слово Вечного: 17 – Смертный, когда народ Исраила жил на своей земле, он осквернил её своим поведением и делами. Поведение народа было для Меня подобно нечистоте женщины во время месячных. 18 За то, что люди проливали кровь на этой земле и оскверняли её своими идолами, Я излил на них гнев. 19 Я рассеял их среди народов, и они были разбросаны по странам; Я судил их по их поведению и делам. 20 И куда бы они ни пришли, они бесславили Моё святое имя, потому что народы говорили о них: «Это народ Вечного, который принудили уйти из Его земли». 21 И Я пожалел Своё святое имя, которое исраильтяне обесславили среди народов, к которым пришли. 22 Поэтому скажи исраильтянам: Так говорит Владыка Вечный: «Не ради вас, исраильтян, сделаю Я это, а ради Моего святого имени, которое вы обесславили среди народов, к которым пришли. 23 Я покажу святость Моего великого имени, которое было обесславлено среди народов, имени, которое вы обесславили у них. И народы узнают, что Я – Вечный, – возвещает Владыка Вечный, – когда Я через вас покажу Свою святость у них на глазах. 24 Я выведу вас из народов, соберу из всех стран и приведу в вашу землю. 25 Я окроплю вас чистой водой, и вы очиститесь; Я очищу вас от всякой скверны и от всех ваших идолов. 26 Я дам вам новое сердце и вложу в вас новый дух. Я заберу у вас сердце из камня и дам вам сердце из плоти. 27 Я вложу в вас Моего Духа, чтобы вы следовали Моим установлениям и тщательно исполняли Мои законы. 28 Вы будете жить на земле, которую Я отдал вашим предкам. Вы будете Моим народом, а Я буду вашим Богом. 29 Я спасу вас от всякой скверны. Я дам вам зерно и умножу его; Я не наведу на вас голод. 30 Я умножу плоды на деревьях и урожай в поле, чтобы вы больше не терпели из-за голода позор среди народов. 31 Вы вспомните свои неправедные пути и злодеяния и станете гнушаться себя из-за своих грехов и мерзостей. 32 Я хочу, чтобы вы знали: Я делаю это не ради вас, – возвещает Владыка Вечный. – Стыдитесь и ужасайтесь своих злодеяний, народ Исраила!» 33 Так говорит Владыка Вечный: «В день, когда Я очищу вас от ваших грехов, Я вновь заселю ваши города, и развалины будут отстроены. 34 Опустошённую землю начнут возделывать; она не будет больше лежать в запустении перед взором прохожих. 35 Они станут говорить: „Эта земля, бывшая в запустении, стала похожа на Эдемский сад. Города, которые лежали в развалинах, безлюдные и разрушенные, ныне укреплены и заселены“. 36 И народы, которые останутся вокруг вас, узнают, что Я, Вечный, отстроил то, что было разрушено, и насадил там, где было погублено. Я, Вечный, сказал это и исполню». 37 Так говорит Владыка Вечный: «Я снова отвечу на мольбы исраильтян и сделаю для них следующее: умножу людей, как овец, 38 как овец для жертвоприношения в Иерусалиме в установленные праздники, и разрушенные города наполнятся толпами людей. Тогда они узнают, что Я – Вечный».
