Abgabe der Erstlingsfrüchte

1 Wenn du in das Land kommst, das Jahwe, dein Gott, dir als Erbbesitz gibt, wenn du es dann in Besitz genommen hast und darin wohnst, 

2 dann sollst du einige von den ersten Früchten deines Bodens in einen Korb legen und an den Ort bringen, an dem Jahwe, dein Gott, seinen Namen wohnen lassen wird. 

3 Du sollst zu dem Priester gehen, der zu dieser Zeit da sein wird, und ihm sagen: „Ich bezeuge heute Jahwe, deinem Gott, dass ich in das Land gekommen bin, das Jahwe unseren Vorfahren unter Eid versprochen hat.“ 

4 Wenn dann der Priester den Korb entgegengenommen und vor den Altar Jahwes gestellt hat, 

5 sollst du vor Jahwe, deinem Gott, sagen: „Mein Vater war ein heimatloser Aramäer. Er zog nach Ägypten und lebte dort mit wenigen Leuten als Fremder. Aber er wurde zu einer großen, starken und zahlreichen Nation. 

6 Die Ägypter behandelten uns schlecht, unterdrückten uns und zwangen uns zu harter Arbeit. 

7 Da schrien wir zu Jahwe, dem Gott unserer Vorfahren. Er hörte uns und sah unser Elend, unsere Qualen und die Unterdrückung 

8 und führte uns mit starker Hand und ausgestrecktem Arm aus Ägypten heraus, mit großen furchterregenden Taten, mit Zeichen und Wundern. 

9 Er brachte uns an diesen Ort und gab uns dieses Land, das von Milch und Honig überfließt. 

10 Hier bringe ich nun die ersten Früchte der Ernte, die ich in dem Land eingebracht habe, das du, Jahwe, mir gegeben hast.“ Hiermit legst du es vor Jahwe, deinem Gott, nieder und betest ihn an. 

11 Genieße voll Freude all das Gute, das Jahwe dir und deiner Familie gegeben hat zusammen mit dem Leviten und dem Fremden, der bei dir wohnt. 

Abgabe des Zehnten für die Armen

12 Wenn du im dritten Jahr, dem Jahr des Zehnten, den ganzen Zehnten deines Einkommens vollständig entrichtest und ihn dem Leviten, dem Fremden, der Waise und der Witwe gegeben hast, damit sie sich in deinem Ort satt essen können, 

13 dann sollst du vor Jahwe, deinem Gott, erklären: „Ich habe das Geweihte aus dem Haus weggebracht und es dem Leviten, dem Fremden, der Waise und der Witwe gegeben, wie du es mir geboten hast. Ich habe deine Gebote nicht übertreten und nicht vergessen. 

14 Ich habe nichts davon gegessen, als ich in Trauer war, nichts davon zu unreinem Gebrauch verwendet und nichts davon einem Toten gegeben. Ich bin der Stimme Jahwes, meines Gottes, gehorsam gewesen. Ich habe alles getan, was du mir befohlen hast. 

15 Blick herab von deiner heiligen Wohnung, vom Himmel, und segne dein Volk Israel und den Boden, den du uns gegeben hast, wie du es unseren Vorfahren unter Eid versprachst: ein Land, das von Milch und Honig überfließt.“ 

Schlussermahnung

16 An diesem Tag befiehlt dir Jahwe, dein Gott, diese Vorschriften und Bestimmungen zu beachten, dass du sie mit Herz und Seele befolgst und tust. 

17 Du hast heute Jahwe erklären lassen, dass er dein Gott sein will und dass du auf seinen Wegen gehen, seine Vorschriften, Gebote und Bestimmungen bewahren und auf seine Stimme hören sollst. 

18 Und Jahwe hat dich heute erklären lassen, dass du sein eigenes Volk sein willst, wie er es dir versprochen hat, und dass du alle seine Gebote halten willst. 

19 Dann wird er dich zu Lob und Ruhm und zum Schmuck über alle von ihm geschaffenen Völker erhöhen, und dann wirst du ein Volk sein, das Jahwe, deinem Gott, geweiht ist. So hat er es versprochen.

1 وَمَتَى بَلَغْتُمُ الأَرْضَ الَّتِي يَهَبُهَا الرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ لَكُمْ مِيرَاثاً وَامْتَلَكْتُمُوهَا وَاسْتَوْطَنْتُمْ فِيهَا، 

2 فَاجْمَعُوا مِنْ أَوَّلِ كُلِّ ثَمَرٍ تُغِلُّهُ أَرْضُكُمُ الَّتِي يَهَبُهَا الرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ لَكُمْ، وَضَعُوهُ فِي سِلالٍ، وَامْضُوا إِلَى الْمَوْضِعِ الَّذِي يَخْتَارُهُ الرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ لِيُحِلَّ فِيهِ اسْمَهُ. 

3 وَيَأْتِي صَاحِبُ التَّقْدِمَةِ إِلَى الْكَاهِنِ الْمُعَيَّنِ وَيَقُولُ: أَعْتَرِفُ الْيَوْمَ لِلرَّبِّ إِلَهِكَ أَنِّي قَدْ جِئْتُ إِلَى الأَرْضِ الَّتِي حَلَفَ الرَّبُّ لِآبَائِنَا أَنْ يَهَبَهَا لَنَا. 

4 فَيَتَنَاوَلُ الْكَاهِنُ السَّلَّةَ مِنْ يَدِهِ وَيَضَعُهَا أَمَامَ مَذْبَحِ الرَّبِّ إِلَهِكُمْ، 

5 ثُمَّ يُعْلِنُ صَاحِبُ التَّقْدِمَةِ قَائِلاً أَمَامَ الرَّبِّ إِلَهِكُمْ: كَانَ أَبِي أَرَامِيًّا تَائِهاً، ثُمَّ انْحَدَرَ إِلَى مِصْرَ وَتَغَرَّبَ هُنَاكَ، وَمَعَهُ نَفَرٌ قَلِيلٌ. وَلَكِنَّهُ أَصْبَحَ هُنَاكَ أُمَّةً كَبِيرَةً عَظِيمَةً. 

6 فَأَسَاءَ إِلَيْنَا الْمِصْرِيُّونَ وَأَرْهَقُونَا وَقَسَوْا عَلَيْنَا فِي اسْتِعْبَادِهِمْ، 

7 فَصَرَخْنَا إِلَى الرَّبِّ إِلَهِ آبَائِنَا، فَاسْتَجَابَ لَنَا وَرَأَى بُؤْسَنَا وَتَعَبَنَا وَضِيقَنَا، 

8 فَأَخْرَجَنَا مِنْ دِيَارِ مِصْرَ بِقُوَّةٍ شَدِيدَةٍ وَقُدْرَةٍ فَائِقَةٍ، وَوَيْلاتٍ عَظِيمَةٍ وَآيَاتٍ وَعَجَائِبَ، 

9 وَأَدْخَلَنَا إِلَى هَذَا الْمَكَانِ، وَوَهَبَنَا هَذِهِ الأَرْضَ الَّتِي تَفِيضُ لَبَناً وَعَسَلاً. 

10 فَهَا أَنَا الآنَ قَدْ أَتَيْتُ بِأَوَّلِ ثَمَرِ الأَرْضِ الَّتِي وَهَبْتَنِي يَا رَبُّ ثُمَّ يَضَعُهُ أَمَامَ الرَّبِّ إِلَهِكُمْ وَيَسْجُدُ فِي حَضْرَتِهِ، 

11 وَيَحْتَفِلُ بِجَمِيعِ الْخَيْرِ الَّذِي أَنْعَمَ بِهِ الرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى أَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ، هُوَ وَاللّاوِيُّ وَالْغَرِيبُ الْمُقِيمُ بَيْنَكُمْ. 

12 وَمَتَى انْتَهَيْتَ مِنْ تَقْدِيمِ كُلِّ عُشُورِ غَلّاتِكَ فِي السَّنَةِ الثَّالِثَةِ، سَنَةِ الْعُشُورِ، وَأَعْطَيْتَ اللّاوِيَّ وَالْغَرِيبَ وَالْيَتِيمَ وَالأَرْمَلَةَ فَأَكَلُوا فِي مَدِينَتِكَ وَشَبِعُوا، 

13 تَقُولُ فِي حَضْرَةِ الرَّبِّ إِلَهِكَ: قَدْ افْرَزْتُ مِنْ بَيْتِي الْعُشُورَ الْمُقَدَّسَةَ وَأَعْطَيْتُهَا لِلّاوِيِّ وَالْغَرِيبِ وَالْيَتِيمِ وَالأَرْمَلَةِ، طَاعَةً لِوَصِيَّتِكَ الَّتِي أَمَرْتَنِي بِها، فَلَمْ أَتَجَاوَزْ وَصَايَاكَ وَلا نَسِيتُهَا. 

14 لَمْ أَتَنَاوَلْ مِنْهُ فِي أَثْنَاءِ حُزْنِي، وَلَمْ آخُذْ مِنْهُ وَأَنَا فِي حَالَةِ نَجَاسَةٍ، وَلا أَعْطَيْتُ مِنْهُ لأَجْلِ مَيْتٍ. بَلْ أَطَعْتُ صَوْتَ إِلَهِي وَعَمِلْتُ بِمْوُجِبِ كُلِّ مَا أَوْصَيْتَنِي بِهِ. 

15 أَشْرِفْ يَا رَبُّ مِنْ مَسْكَنِكَ الْمُقَدَّسِ فِي السَّمَاءِ، وَبَارِكْ شَعْبَكَ إِسْرَائِيلَ، وَالأَرْضَ الَّتِي تَفِيضُ لَبَناً وَعَسَلاً، الَّتِي وَهَبْتَهَا لَنَا كَمَا حَلَفْتَ لِآبَائِنَا. 

اتباع وصايا الرب

16 لَقَدْ أَمَرَكُمُ الرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ فِي هَذَا الْيَوْمِ أَنْ تُمَارِسُوا هَذِهِ الْفَرَائِضَ وَالأَحْكَامَ، فَأَطِيعُوا، وَاعْمَلُوا بِها مِنْ كُلِّ قُلُوبِكُمْ وَمِنْ كُلِّ نُفُوسِكُمْ، 

17 فَأَنْتُمْ قَدْ أَعْلَنْتُمُ الْيَوْمَ أَنَّ الرَّبَّ إِلَهُكُمْ وَأَنَّكُمْ سَتَسْلُكُونَ فِي سُبُلِهِ وَتُطِيعُونَ فَرَائِضَهُ وَأَحْكَامَهُ وَتَسْمَعُونَ لِصَوْتِهِ 

18 كَمَا أَعْلَنَ الرَّبُّ الْيَوْمَ أَنَّكُمْ تَكُونُونَ لَهُ شَعْباً خَاصّاً، حَسَبَ وَعْدِهِ لَكُمْ، وَأَنَّ عَلَيْكُمْ طَاعَةَ وَصَايَاهُ جَمِيعِهَا، 

19 فَيَجْعَلَكُمْ أَسْمَى مِنْ كُلِّ الأُمَمِ الَّتِي خَلَقَهَا مِنْ حَيْثُ الثَّنَاءِ وَالشَّرَفِ وَالْمَجْدِ، وَتَكُونُوا شَعْباً مُقَدَّساً لِلرَّبِّ إِلَهِكُمْ كَمَا وَعَدَ».

Offerings of Firstfruits and Tithes

1 “When you come into the land that the Lord your God is giving you for an inheritance and have taken possession of it and live in it, 

2 you shall take some of the first of all the fruit of the ground, which you harvest from your land that the Lord your God is giving you, and you shall put it in a basket, and you shall go to the place that the Lord your God will choose, to make his name to dwell there. (2Mo 23,19; 2Mo 34,26; 4Mo 15,20; 4Mo 18,13; 5Mo 12,5; 5Mo 16,10; Spr 3,9) 

3 And you shall go to the priest who is in office at that time and say to him, ‘I declare today to the Lord your God that I have come into the land that the Lord swore to our fathers to give us.’ (2Mo 13,5; 5Mo 1,8) 

4 Then the priest shall take the basket from your hand and set it down before the altar of the Lord your God. 

5 “And you shall make response before the Lord your God, ‘A wandering Aramean was my father. And he went down into Egypt and sojourned there, few in number, and there he became a nation, great, mighty, and populous. (1Mo 43,1; 1Mo 46,27; 5Mo 10,22; Apg 7,14) 

6 And the Egyptians treated us harshly and humiliated us and laid on us hard labor. (2Mo 1,11; 2Mo 1,14; 4Mo 20,15) 

7 Then we cried to the Lord, the God of our fathers, and the Lord heard our voice and saw our affliction, our toil, and our oppression. (2Mo 2,23; 2Mo 3,9; 4Mo 20,16)

12 “When you have finished paying all the tithe of your produce in the third year, which is the year of tithing, giving it to the Levite, the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow, so that they may eat within your towns and be filled, (3Mo 27,30; 5Mo 14,28; Am 4,4) 

13 then you shall say before the Lord your God, ‘I have removed the sacred portion out of my house, and moreover, I have given it to the Levite, the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow, according to all your commandment that you have commanded me. I have not transgressed any of your commandments, nor have I forgotten them. (Ps 119,141; Ps 119,153; Ps 119,176) 

14 I have not eaten of the tithe while I was mourning, or removed any of it while I was unclean, or offered any of it to the dead. I have obeyed the voice of the Lord my God. I have done according to all that you have commanded me. (3Mo 7,20; 3Mo 21,1; 3Mo 21,11; Jer 16,7; Hos 9,4) 

15 Look down from your holy habitation, from heaven, and bless your people Israel and the ground that you have given us, as you swore to our fathers, a land flowing with milk and honey.’ (Jes 63,15; Sach 2,13) 

16 “This day the Lord your God commands you to do these statutes and rules. You shall therefore be careful to do them with all your heart and with all your soul. 

17 You have declared today that the Lord is your God, and that you will walk in his ways, and keep his statutes and his commandments and his rules, and will obey his voice. (2Mo 24,7) 

18 And the Lord has declared today that you are a people for his treasured possession, as he has promised you, and that you are to keep all his commandments, (2Mo 19,5; 5Mo 7,6; 5Mo 14,2) 

19 and that he will set you in praise and in fame and in honor high above all nations that he has made, and that you shall be a people holy to the Lord your God, as he promised.” (5Mo 7,6; 5Mo 28,1; 5Mo 32,8; Ps 86,9)

1 Когда ты придёшь в землю, которую Вечный, твой Бог, даёт тебе в наследие, завладеешь ею и поселишься в ней, 

2 то возьми все первые плоды, которые ты вырастишь на земле, которую Вечный, твой Бог, даёт тебе, и положи их в корзину. Затем иди на то место, которое Вечный, твой Бог, выберет для поклонения Ему, 

3 и скажи священнослужителю, что будет в те дни: «Я объявляю сегодня Вечному, твоему Богу, что я пришёл в землю, которую Вечный клялся нашим предкам дать нам». 

4 Священнослужитель возьмёт у тебя корзину и поставит её перед жертвенником Вечного, твоего Бога. 

5 Тогда ты объявишь перед Вечным, твоим Богом: «Мой отец был кочующим арамеем, он пришёл в Египет с немногими людьми, жил там и стал великим народом, могучим и многочисленным. 

6 Но египтяне плохо обращались с нами и причиняли нам страдания, принуждая к непосильному труду. 

7 Тогда мы взмолились Вечному, Богу наших предков, и Вечный услышал наш голос и увидел наше бедствие, непосильный труд и притеснение. 

8 Вечный вывел нас из Египта могучей и простёртой рукой, великим ужасом, знамениями и чудесами. 

9 Он привёл нас сюда и дал нам эту землю – землю, где течёт молоко и мёд; 

10 и вот теперь я приношу первые плоды с земли, которую Ты, Вечный, дал мне». Поставь корзину перед Вечным, твоим Богом, и склонись перед Ним. 

11 Радуйся всему доброму, что Вечный, твой Бог, дал тебе и твоему дому, вместе с левитами и чужеземцами среди вас. 

12 Отделив десятину от всего, что ты произвёл в третий год, год десятины, отдай её левиту, чужеземцу, сироте и вдове, чтобы они могли есть в твоих городах и насыщаться. 

13 И скажи Вечному, твоему Богу: «Я взял из своего дома священную долю и отдал её левиту, чужеземцу, сироте и вдове, как Ты повелел. Я не уклонился от Твоих повелений и не забыл ни одного из них. 

14 Я ничего не ел из священной доли, пребывая в трауре, не брал из неё ничего, будучи нечист, и не давал ничего из неё для мёртвого. Я был послушен Вечному, моему Богу; Я сделал всё, что Ты повелел мне. 

15 Посмотри с неба, Своего святого жилища, и благослови Свой народ Исраил и землю, которую Ты дал нам, как клялся нашим предкам, землю, где течёт молоко и мёд». 

Повеление следовать законам Вечного

16 Сегодня Вечный, твой Бог, повелевает тебе следовать этим установлениям и законам, прилежно соблюдать их всем сердцем и всей душой. 

17 Сегодня ты объявил, что Вечный – это твой Бог, и что ты будешь ходить Его путями, хранить Его установления, повеления и законы и слушаться Его. 

18 А Вечный объявил сегодня, что ты – Его народ, Его драгоценное достояние, как Он и обещал, и что ты должен хранить все Его повеления. 

19 Он объявил, что поставит тебя выше всех созданных Им народов, воздаст тебе хвалу, славу и честь, и ты будешь святым народом Вечного, твоего Бога, как Он и обещал.
