Vorschriften für Speis- und Trankopfer

1 Jahwe befahl Mose, 2 den Israeliten zu sagen: "Wenn ihr einmal in das Land eurer Wohnstätten kommt, das ich euch gebe, 3 und ihr Jahwe ein Feueropfer von Rindern, Schafen oder Ziegen darbringt, ein Brand- oder Schlachtopfer, um ein Gelübde zu erfüllen oder als freiwillige Gabe oder an euren Festen, um Jahwe einen Geruch zu bereiten, der ihn erfreut, 4 dann soll der, der Jahwe seine Opfergabe bringt, auch ein Speisopfer bei sich haben: einen Liter^[1] Feinmehl, das mit einem dreiviertel Liter^[2] Öl vermengt ist. 5 Wenn du ein Lamm als Brand- oder Schlachtopfer bringst, muss als Trankopfer auch ein halber Liter Wein dabei sein. 6 Bei einem Schafbock sollst du als Speisopfer zwei Liter Feinmehl bringen, das mit einem Liter Öl vermengt wurde, 7 und als Trankopfer einem Liter Wein: ein Geruch, der Jahwe erfreut. 8 Wenn du ein junges Rind als Brand- oder Schlachtopfer bringst, um ein besonderes Gelübde zu erfüllen oder einfach als Freudenopfer für Jahwe, 9 dann sollst du dazu drei Liter Feinmehl bringen, das mit anderthalb Liter Öl vermengt wurde, 10 und als Trankopfer anderthalb Liter Wein. Es ist ein Feueropfer, dessen Geruch Jahwe erfreut. 11 So soll man es bei jedem Rind und jedem Schafbock, bei jedem Schaf und jeder Ziege machen, 12 und zwar bei jedem einzelnen Tier, wie viel ihr auch opfert. 13 Das gilt für jeden Einheimischen, der ein Feueropfer darbringt, dessen Geruch Jahwe erfreut. 14 Wenn ein Fremder, der bei euch weilt oder schon seit Generationen unter euch lebt, Jahwe ein Feueropfer bringen will, dessen Geruch ihn erfreut, dann soll er es genauso machen wie ihr. 15 Im ganzen Reich soll ein und dieselbe Ordnung für euch und den Fremden gelten, der bei euch lebt. Das gilt auch für alle kommenden Generationen. Vor Jahwe ist der Fremde euch gleich. 16 Ein und dasselbe Gesetz, ein und dasselbe Recht gelten für euch und den Fremden, der bei euch wohnt."

Das erste Brot

17 Jahwe befahl Mose, 18 den Israeliten zu sagen: "Wenn ihr in das Land kommt, in das ich euch bringe, 19 und vom Brot des Landes esst, sollt ihr eine Abgabe für Jahwe entrichten. 20 Als erste Gabe eures Teigs sollt ihr ein Lochbrot als Abgabe entrichten, genauso wie die Abgabe vom Dreschplatz. 21 Das erste Brot der neuen Ernte gehört Jahwe. Das gilt auch für alle kommenden Generationen."

Opfer für Vergehen aus Versehen

22 "Es kann geschehen, dass ihr oder eure Nachkommen aus Versehen gegen eins dieser Gebote sündigt, die Jahwe Mose übergeben hat. 23 Durch ihn hat Jahwe sie alle für euch und eure Nachkommen verbindlich gemacht. Das gilt von dem Tag an, als Jahwe ihm die Gebote übergab. 24 Wenn also die Gemeinschaft sich aus Versehen unabsichtlich versündigt, müsst ihr folgendes tun: Die ganze Versammlung bringe Jahwe einen jungen Stier als Brandopfer zum angenehmen Geruch. Dazu gehört das vorgeschriebenen Speis- und Trankopfer und ein Ziegenbock als Sündopfer. 25 Der Priester soll für die ganze Versammlung der Israeliten Sühne erwirken. Dann wird ihnen vergeben werden, denn es war ein Versehen, und sie haben ihre Opfergabe, ein Feueropfer für Jahwe und das Sündopfer, für ihr Versehen vor Jahwe gebracht. 26 Der ganzen Gemeinschaft der Israeliten und den Fremden, die unter ihnen leben, wird vergeben werden, denn es passierte dem Volk aus Versehen. 27 Wenn eine Einzelperson aus Versehen sündigt, dann soll sie eine einjährige Ziege als Sündopfer bringen. 28 Der Priester soll Sühne für die Person erwirken, die aus Versehen vor Jahwe gesündigt hat, dann wird ihr vergeben. 29 Für den Einheimischen bei den Israeliten und für den Fremden, der unter ihnen lebt, soll ein und dasselbe Gesetz gelten, wenn jemand etwas aus Versehen tut. 30 Wenn jemand aber mit Absicht handelt, der lästert Jahwe. Diese Person muss vom Volk beseitigt werden, sei es ein Einheimischer oder ein Fremder. 31 Denn sie hat das Wort Jahwes verachtet und sein Gebot ungültig gemacht. Diese Person muss unbedingt beseitigt werden. Die Schuld dafür liegt auf ihr selbst."

Ein Fall von Sabbatschändung

32 Als die Israeliten noch in der Wüste waren, ertappten sie einen Mann, der am Sabbat Holz aufsammelte. 33 Die Leute, die ihn ertappt hatten, brachten ihn zu Mose und Aaron vor die ganze Versammlung. 34 Sie sperrten ihn ein, denn es war noch nicht entschieden, was mit ihm geschehen sollte. 35 Da sagte Jahwe zu Mose: "Der Mann muss unbedingt getötet werden. Die ganze Menge soll ihn außerhalb vom Lager steinigen." 36 Da führte ihn die ganze Menge vor das Lager und steinigte ihn dort, dass er starb, wie Jahwe es Mose befohlen hatte.

Quasten an der Kleidung

37 Jahwe sagte zu Mose: 38 "Sag den Israeliten, dass sie sich Quasten an die Zipfel ihrer Obergewänder nähen. Das gilt auch für die kommenden Generationen. Und an jeder Quaste soll eine violette Kordel sein. 39 Und wenn ihr die Quasten seht, sollt ihr an alle Gebote Jahwes denken und sie einhalten. Ihr sollt euch nicht von euren Herzen und Augen zur Untreue verführen lassen, 40 sondern an alle meine Gebote denken und sie tun. Ihr sollt eurem Gott heilig sein. 41 Ich bin Jahwe, euer Gott, der euch aus Ägypten herausgeführt hat, um euer Gott zu sein. Ich bin Jahwe, euer Gott!"

Laws About Unintentional Sins

22 “But if you sin unintentionally,^[4] and do not observe all these commandments that the Lord has spoken to Moses, (3Mo 4,2) 23 all that the Lord has commanded you by Moses, from the day that the Lord gave commandment, and onward throughout your generations, 24 then if it was done unintentionally without the knowledge of the congregation, all the congregation shall offer one bull from the herd for a burnt offering, a pleasing aroma to the Lord, with its grain offering and its drink offering, according to the rule, and one male goat for a sin offering. 37 The Lord said to Moses, 38 “Speak to the people of Israel, and tell them to make tassels on the corners of their garments throughout their generations, and to put a cord of blue on the tassel of each corner. Законы о приношениях

1 Вечный сказал Мусе: 2 – Говори с исраильтянами и скажи им: «После того как вы войдёте в землю, которую Я вам даю для поселения, 3 и когда вы будете приносить Мне огненные жертвы из крупного или мелкого скота для благоухания, приятного Мне: всесожжения, жертвы по обету или добровольные и праздничные приношения, 4 тогда пусть жертвующий приносит Мне хлебное приношение из полутора килограммов^[1] лучшей муки, смешанной с одним литром^[2] масла. 5 С каждым ягнёнком для всесожжения или жертвы приносите также и литр вина для жертвенного возлияния. 6 С бараном приносите хлебное приношение из трёх килограммов^[3] лучшей муки, смешанной с одним литром с четвертью^[4] масла, 7 и один литр с четвертью вина для жертвенного возлияния. Приносите это в благоухание, приятное Мне. 8 Принося Мне молодого быка во всесожжение, в жертву по обету или в жертву примирения, 9 приносите с быком хлебное приношение из четырёх с половиной килограммов^[5] лучшей муки, смешанной с двумя литрами^[6] масла. 10 Ещё приносите два литра вина для жертвенного возлияния. Это огненная жертва, благоухание, приятное Мне. 11 Так следует поступать с каждым молодым быком, бараном, ягнёнком или козлёнком. 12 Делайте так при каждой жертве, по числу приносимых жертв. 13 Пусть всякий уроженец страны делает, как указано, принося огненную жертву, благоухание, приятное Мне. 14 Если чужеземец или кто-либо ещё, кто будет жить среди вас, захочет принести огненную жертву, благоухание, приятное Мне, то пусть всё делает, как вы. 15 Пусть законы для вас и для живущих у вас чужеземцев будут одинаковыми. Таково вечное установление для грядущих поколений. Вы и чужеземцы равны предо Мной: 16 пусть законы и правила для вас и для живущих у вас чужеземцев будут одинаковыми». 17 Вечный сказал Мусе: 18 – Говори с исраильтянами и скажи им: «Когда вы придёте в землю, в которую Я вас веду, 19 и будете есть её плоды, то приносите часть в жертву Вечному. 20 Приносите в жертву лепёшку из муки от первого помола; приносите её так, как приношение от гумна. 21 Совершайте приношение Вечному из муки от первого помола во всех грядущих поколениях.

Приношения за неумышленные грехи

22 Если вы по неведению не исполните какого-либо из этих повелений, данных Вечным Мусе, 23 что бы ни повелел вам через него Вечный – со дня, когда Вечный дал повеление, и впредь, в грядущих поколениях, – 24 то, если это будет по неведению и никто не будет об этом знать, пусть всё общество принесёт во всесожжение для благоухания, приятного Вечному, молодого быка с положенным хлебным приношением и жертвенным возлиянием и козла в жертву за грех. 25 Пусть священнослужитель очистит народ Исраила, и они будут прощены, потому что это было по неведению, и они принесли Вечному за свой проступок огненную жертву и искупительную жертву. 26 Весь народ Исраила и живущие у них чужеземцы будут прощены, потому что весь народ совершил неумышленный проступок. 27 Но если по неведению согрешит один человек, то пусть он принесёт в жертву за грех годовалую козу. 28 Пусть священнослужитель очистит перед Вечным того, кто провинился, согрешив по неведению, и когда для него будет совершено очищение, он будет прощён. 29 Пусть у вас будет одинаковый закон для всех, кто согрешит по неведению, будь то уроженец Исраила или поселенец. 30 Но всякий, кто грешит дерзко, будь то уроженец страны или поселенец, оскорбляет Вечного. Такой человек должен быть исторгнут из своего народа. 31 Он пренебрёг словом Вечного, он нарушил Его повеление: он непременно должен быть исторгнут из своего народа, он должен быть наказан».

Казнь нарушителя субботы

32 Когда исраильтяне были в пустыне, они нашли человека, который собирал дрова в субботу^[7]. (2Mo 31,12; 4Mo 28,9) 33 Те, кто нашли его, когда он собирал дрова, привели его к Мусе, и Харуну, и всему собранию. 34 Его держали под стражей, потому что не было ясно, что с ним сделать. 35 Тогда Вечный сказал Мусе: – Этот человек должен умереть. Пусть весь народ забьёт его камнями вне лагеря. 36 Народ вывел его за лагерь и до смерти забил камнями, как повелел Мусе Вечный.

Кисточки на одежде

37 Вечный сказал Мусе: 38 – Говори с исраильтянами и скажи им: «Во всех грядущих поколениях делайте кисточки на краях одежды, с голубыми нитями на каждой кисточке. 39 Эти кисточки будут у вас, чтобы, глядя на них, вы вспоминали все повеления Вечного и исполняли их, а не следовали похотям вашего сердца и глаз». 40 Так вы будете помнить и исполнять все Мои повеления и будете святы перед вашим Богом. 41 Я – Вечный, ваш Бог, Который вывел вас из Египта, чтобы быть вашим Богом. Я, Вечный, ваш Бог.
