1Vi no céu outro sinal, grande e maravilhoso: sete anjos com as sete últimas pragas, pois com elas se completa a ira de Deus.2Vi algo semelhante a um mar de vidro misturado com fogo, e, em pé, junto ao mar, os que tinham vencido a besta, a sua imagem e o número do seu nome. Eles seguravam harpas que lhes haviam sido dadas por Deus,3e cantavam o cântico de Moisés, servo de Deus, e o cântico do Cordeiro: “Grandes e maravilhosas são as tuas obras, Senhor Deus todo-poderoso. Justos e verdadeiros são os teus caminhos, ó Rei das nações.4Quem não te temerá, ó Senhor? Quem não glorificará o teu nome? Pois tu somente és santo. Todas as nações virão à tua presença e te adorarão, pois os teus atos de justiça se tornaram manifestos”.5Depois disso olhei e vi que se abriu nos céus o santuário, o tabernáculo da aliança.6Saíram do santuário os sete anjos com as sete pragas. Eles estavam vestidos de linho puro e resplandecente e tinham cinturões de ouro ao redor do peito.7E um dos quatro seres viventes deu aos sete anjos sete taças de ouro cheias da ira de Deus, que vive para todo o sempre.8O santuário ficou cheio da fumaça da glória de Deus e do seu poder, e ninguém podia entrar no santuário enquanto não se completassem as sete pragas dos sete anjos.
1Then I saw another sign in heaven, great and amazing, seven angels with seven plagues, which are the last, for with them the wrath of God is finished. (Ap 12:1; Ap 12:3; Ap 16:1; Ap 17:1; Ap 21:9)2And I saw what appeared to be a sea of glass mingled with fire—and also those who had conquered the beast and its image and the number of its name, standing beside the sea of glass with harps of God in their hands. (Ap 4:6; Ap 5:8; Ap 12:11; Ap 13:17; Ap 14:2; Ap 21:18; Ap 21:21)3And they sing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, “Great and amazing are your deeds, O Lord God the Almighty! Just and true are your ways, O King of the nations![1] (Ex 15:1; Dt 31:30; Dt 32:3; Jó 37:5; Sl 111:2; Sl 139:14; Sl 145:17; Os 14:9; Hb 3:5; Ap 16:7)4Who will not fear, O Lord, and glorify your name? For you alone are holy. All nations will come and worship you, for your righteous acts have been revealed.” (Sl 86:9; Ml 2:2; Hb 7:26; Ap 14:7; Ap 16:5)5After this I looked, and the sanctuary of the tent[2] of witness in heaven was opened, (Ex 38:21; Nm 1:50; At 7:44; Ap 11:19)6and out of the sanctuary came the seven angels with the seven plagues, clothed in pure, bright linen, with golden sashes around their chests. (Ap 1:13; Ap 15:1; Ap 19:8)7And one of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden bowls full of the wrath of God who lives forever and ever, (Ap 1:18; Ap 4:6; Ap 4:9; Ap 5:8; Ap 5:13)8and the sanctuary was filled with smoke from the glory of God and from his power, and no one could enter the sanctuary until the seven plagues of the seven angels were finished.
