1 Господь царствует, пусть трепещут народы! Он восседает на херувимах; пусть содрогнется земля! 2 Господь велик на Сионе; Он превознесен над всеми народами. 3 Да восхвалят они Твое великое и грозное имя: свято оно! 4 Царь могуществен и любит справедливость. Ты установил правосудие; суд и правду совершил в Иакове. 5 Превозносите Господа, нашего Бога, и поклонитесь Ему у подножия[1] Его: свят Он! (1Пар 28:2) 6 Моисей и Аарон среди Его священников, и Самуил среди призывающих имя Его. Они призывали Господа, и Он ответил им. 7 В облачном столпе говорил Он к ним; они сохранили Его повеления[2] и установления, которые Он им дал. 8 Ты ответил им, о Господи, наш Боже; Ты был для них Богом прощающим, но и наказывал их за проступки. 9 Превозносите Господа, нашего Бога и прославляйте Его на Его святой горе, потому что свят Господь, наш Бог.

1 A Psalm. Oh sing to the Lord a new song, for he has done marvelous things! His right hand and his holy arm have worked salvation for him. (Исх 15:6; Иов 40:14; Пс 33:3; Пс 72:18; Пс 96:3; Лк 1:51) 2 The Lord has made known his salvation; he has revealed his righteousness in the sight of the nations. (Пс 96:2; Ис 49:6; Ис 52:10; Ис 59:16; Ис 62:2; Ис 63:5; Лк 2:30; Рим 3:25) 3 He has remembered his steadfast love and faithfulness to the house of Israel. All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God. (Пс 22:27; Пс 36:5; Пс 98:2; Лк 1:54; Лк 1:72) 4 Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth; break forth into joyous song and sing praises! (Пс 66:1; Ис 44:23) 5 Sing praises to the Lord with the lyre, with the lyre and the sound of melody! (Ис 51:3) 6 With trumpets and the sound of the horn make a joyful noise before the King, the Lord! (Чис 10:10; 1Пар 15:24; 2Пар 15:14; Пс 98:4) 7 Let the sea roar, and all that fills it; the world and those who dwell in it! (Пс 24:1; Пс 96:11) 8 Let the rivers clap their hands; let the hills sing for joy together (Пс 89:12; Пс 93:3; Ис 55:12) 9 before the Lord, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity. (Пс 58:11; Пс 96:13)
