1 Дирижеру хора, под аламот[1]. Песня потомков Кораха. 2 Бог – прибежище нам и сила, неизменный[2] помощник в бедах. 3 Потому и не устрашимся мы, пусть даже дрогнет сама земля и горы обрушатся в бездну моря, 4 пусть воды морские ревут и пенятся и горы дрожат от их волнения. Пауза 5 Речные потоки радуют Божий город, святилище, где обитает Всевышний. 6 Бог в этом городе, и он не падет; Бог поддерживает его на заре. 7 Народы мятутся, и царства рушатся; подает Он Свой голос – и тает земля. 8 С нами Господь Сил; Бог Иакова – наша крепость. Пауза 9 Придите, посмотрите на дела Господа, какие опустошения Он произвел на земле. 10 До краев земли прекращает Он войны, ломает лук, расщепляет копье и сжигает дотла щиты[3]. 11 Он говорит: «Остановитесь, познайте, что Я – Бог; Я буду превознесен в народах, превознесен на земле». 12 С нами Господь Сил, Бог Иакова – наша крепость. 1 To the choirmaster: according to Lilies. A Maskil[1] of the Sons of Korah; a love song. My heart overflows with a pleasing theme; I address my verses to the king; my tongue is like the pen of a ready scribe. (Езд 7:6; Пс 42:1) 2 You are the most handsome of the sons of men; grace is poured upon your lips; therefore God has blessed you forever. (Ис 33:17; Ис 61:1; Лк 4:22) 3 Gird your sword on your thigh, O mighty one, in your splendor and majesty! (Исх 32:27; Пс 21:5; Пс 24:8; Пс 96:6; Ис 9:6; Ис 49:2; Евр 4:12; Откр 1:16; Откр 19:15) 4 In your majesty ride out victoriously for the cause of truth and meekness and righteousness; let your right hand teach you awesome deeds! (Пс 65:5; Откр 16:2) 5 Your arrows are sharp in the heart of the king’s enemies; the peoples fall under you. 6 Your throne, O God, is forever and ever. The scepter of your kingdom is a scepter of uprightness; (Пс 67:4; Пс 93:2; Пс 96:10; Пс 110:2; Евр 1:8) 7 you have loved righteousness and hated wickedness. Since he is your lord, bow to him.
