Le opere mirabili di Dio

1 Alleluia. Io celebrerò il Signore con tutto il cuore nel convegno dei giusti e nell’assemblea. 2 Grandi sono le opere del Signore e contemplate da chi le ama. 3 Le sue opere sono splendide e magnifiche e la sua giustizia dura in eterno. 4 Ha lasciato il ricordo dei suoi prodigi; il Signore è pietoso e misericordioso. 5 Egli dà cibo a quanti lo temono e si ricorda in eterno del suo patto. 6 Egli ha mostrato al suo popolo la potenza delle sue opere, gli ha dato l’eredità delle nazioni. 7 Le opere delle sue mani sono verità e giustizia; tutti i suoi precetti sono fermi, 8 stabili in eterno, fatti con verità e rettitudine. 9 Egli ha mandato a liberare il suo popolo, ha stabilito il suo patto per sempre; santo e tremendo è il suo nome. 10 Il timore del Signore è il principio della sapienza; hanno buon senso quanti lo praticano. La sua lode dura in eterno.

1 Halleluja! Preisen will ich den HERRN von ganzem Herzen im Kreis der Aufrichtigen und der Gemeinde. (Sal 22,23; Sal 149,1) 2 Groß sind die Taten des HERRN, zu erforschen von allen, die Lust an ihnen haben. (Sal 118,15) 3 Majestät und Pracht ist sein Tun, seine Gerechtigkeit besteht ewig. (Sal 103,17; Sal 112,3; Sal 145,5; Is 51,6; Ap 15,3)

4 Er hat seinen Wundern Erwähnung verschafft, gnädig und barmherzig ist der HERR. (Sal 86,15; 1Co 11,24) 5 Er hat Speise gegeben denen, die ihn fürchten. Er gedenkt in Ewigkeit seines Bundes. (Sal 33,18; Sal 105,8) 6 Die Kraft seiner Taten hat er seinem Volk kundgemacht, ihnen das Erbe der Nationen zu geben. (Sal 44,3; Sal 103,7; Sal 145,12) 7 Die Taten seiner Hände sind Wahrheit^[1] und Recht. Zuverlässig sind alle seine Gebote, (Sal 19,8; Da 9,14) 8 fest gegründet auf immer und ewig, ausgeführt in Wahrheit^[2] und Geradheit. 10 Die Furcht des HERRN ist der Weisheit Anfang: eine gute Einsicht für alle, die sie^[3] ausüben. Sein Ruhm besteht ewig. (Prov 1,7; Prov 9,10; Ap 5,13)

1 ^[1] Praise the LORD! I will give thanks to the LORD with my whole heart, in the company of the upright, in the congregation. 3 Full of splendor and majesty is his work, and his righteousness endures forever. 1 ¡Aleluya! ¡Alabado sea el Señor! Alabaré al Señor con todo el corazón en la asamblea, en compañía de los rectos. 2 Grandes son las obras del Señor; estudiadas por los que en ellas se deleitan. 3 Gloriosas y majestuosas son sus obras; su justicia permanece para siempre. 4 Ha hecho memorables sus maravillas. ¡El Señor es clemente y compasivo! 5 Da de comer a quienes le temen; siempre recuerda su pacto. 6 Ha mostrado a su pueblo el poder de sus obras al darle la heredad de otras naciones. 7 Las obras de sus manos son fieles y justas; todos sus preceptos son dignos de confianza, 8 inmutables por los siglos de los siglos, establecidos con fidelidad y rectitud. 9 Pagó el precio del rescate de su pueblo y estableció su pacto para siempre. ¡Su nombre es santo e imponente! 10 El principio de la sabiduría es el temor del Señor; buen juicio demuestran quienes cumplen sus preceptos.^[1] ¡Su alabanza permanece para siempre!
