Psalm 148

1 Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord from the heavens; praise him in the heights above. 

2 Praise him, all his angels; praise him, all his heavenly hosts. 

3 Praise him, sun and moon; praise him, all you shining stars. 

4 Praise him, you highest heavens and you waters above the skies. 

5 Let them praise the name of the Lord, for at his command they were created, 

6 and he established them for ever and ever – he issued a decree that will never pass away. 

7 Praise the Lord from the earth, you great sea creatures and all ocean depths, 

8 lightning and hail, snow and clouds, stormy winds that do his bidding, 

9 you mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars, 

10 wild animals and all cattle, small creatures and flying birds, 

11 kings of the earth and all nations, you princes and all rulers on earth, 

12 young men and women, old men and children. 

13 Let them praise the name of the Lord, for his name alone is exalted; his splendour is above the earth and the heavens. 

14 And he has raised up for his people a horn, the praise of all his faithful servants, of Israel, the people close to his heart. Praise the Lord.

1 Алилуя! Хвалете ГОСПОДА от небесата; хвалете Го във височините. 

2 Хвалете Го, всички Негови ангели; хвалете Го, всички Негови войнства. (Ps 103:20; Ps 103:21) 

3 Хвалете Го, слънце и луна; хвалете Го, всички светли звезди. 

4 Хвалете Го, вие, висши небеса и води, които сте над небесата. (Ge 1:7; 1Ki 8:27; 2Co 12:2) 

5 Нека хвалят името на ГОСПОДА; защото Той заповяда и те бяха създадени; (Ge 1:1; Ge 1:6; Ge 1:7; Ps 33:6; Ps 33:9) 

6 и ги утвърди отвека и довека, като издаде повеление, което няма да премине. (Ps 89:37; Ps 119:90; Ps 119:91; Jer 31:35; Jer 31:36; Jer 33:25) 

7 Хвалете ГОСПОДА от земята, вие, морски чудовища и всички бездни, (Isa 43:20) 

8 огън и град, сняг и пара, бурен вятър, който изпълнява словото Му, (Ps 147:15) 

9 планини и всички хълмове, плодородни дървета и всички кедри, (Isa 44:23; Isa 49:13; Isa 55:12) 

10 зверове и всички животни, животни и крилати птици, 

11 земни царе и всички племена, князе и всички земни съдии, 

12 юноши и девици, старци и младежи – 

13 нека хвалят името на ГОСПОДА; защото само Неговото име е превъзнесено, славата Му е над земята и небето. (Ps 8:1; Ps 113:4; Isa 12:4) 

14 И Той е възвисил рога на народа Си, славата на всичките Си светии, на израилтяните, народ, който Му е близък. Алилуя! (Ps 75:10; Ps 149:9; Eph 2:17)
