مَزْمُورٌ لِبَنِي قُورَحَ. تَسْبِيحَةٌ

1 أَسَّسَ اللهُ الْمَدِينَةَ عَلَى الْجِبَالِ الْمُقَدَّسَةِ. 

2 أَحَبَّ الرَّبُّ أَبْوَابَ صِهْيَوْنَ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ جَمِيعِ مَسَاكِنِ بَنِي يَعْقُوبَ. 

3 يَتَحَدَّثُونَ عَنْكِ بِأُمُورٍ مَجِيدَةٍ يَا مَدِينَةَ اللهِ. 

4 أَذْكُرُ مِصْرَ وَبَابِلَ بَيْنَ الَّذِينَ يَعْرِفُونَنِي، وَكَذَلِكَ فَلَسْطِينَ وَصُورَ مَعَ الْحَبَشَةِ، فَيَقُولُونَ: هَذَا وُلِدَ فِي صِهْيَوْنَ. 

5 حَقّاً عَنْ صِهْيَوْنَ يَقُولُونَ: «هَذَا الإِنْسَانُ وَهَذَا الإِنْسَانُ وُلِدَ فِيهَا، وَالْعَلِيُّ يُثَبِّتُهَا». 

6 يُدَوِّنُ الرَّبُّ فِي سِجِلِّ إِحْصَاءِ الشُّعُوبِ أَنَّ هَذَا وُلِدَ هُنَاكَ. 

7 الْمُرَنِّمُونَ وَالْعَازِفُونَ عَلَى السَّوَاءِ يَقُولُونَ: «فِيكِ كُلُّ يَنَابِيعِ سُرُورِي».

Glorious Things of You Are Spoken

A Psalm of the Sons of Korah. A Song.

1 On the holy mount stands the city he founded; (مز 48:1; إش 28:16) 

2 the LORD loves the gates of Zion more than all the dwelling places of Jacob. (مز 78:67; مز 78:68) 

3 Glorious things of you are spoken, O city of God. Selah (مز 46:4; إش 60:1) 

4 Among those who know me I mention Rahab and Babylon; behold, Philistia and Tyre, with Cush— “This one was born there,” they say. (أي 9:13; مز 36:10; مز 68:31; إش 19:22; يو 10:14) 

5 And of Zion it shall be said, “This one and that one were born in her”; for the Most High himself will establish her. (مز 48:8) 

6 The LORD records as he registers the peoples, “This one was born there.” Selah (مز 69:28) 

7 Singers and dancers alike say, “All my springs are in you.” (2صم 6:14; مز 36:9; مز 68:25; إش 12:3; رؤ 21:6)
