تَرْنِيمَةُ الْمَصَاعِدِ

1 أَرْفَعُ عَيْنَيَّ إِلَى الْجِبَالِ. مِنْ أَيْنَ يَأْتِي عَوْنِي؟ 

2 يَأْتِي عَوْنِي مِنْ عِنْدِ الرَّبِّ، صَانِعِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ. 

3 لَا يَدَعُ قَدَمَكَ تَزِلُّ. لَا يَنْعَسُ حَافِظُكَ. 

4 لَا يَنْعَسُ وَلَا يَنَامُ حَافِظُ إِسْرَائِيلَ. 

5 الرَّبُّ هُوَ حَافِظُكَ، الرَّبُّ سِتْرٌ لَكَ عَنْ يَمِينِكَ. 

6 لَنْ تَضْرِبَكَ الشَّمْسُ بِحَرِّهَا نَهَاراً وَلَا الْقَمَرُ بِنُورِهِ لَيْلاً. 

7 يَقِيكَ الرَّبُّ مِنْ كُلِّ شَرٍّ. يَقِي نَفْسَكَ. 

8 الرَّبُّ يَحْفَظُ ذِهَابَكَ وَإِيَابَكَ مِنَ الآنَ وَإِلَى الأَبَدِ.

My Help Comes from the Lord

1 A Song of Ascents. I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? (مز 48:1; مز 87:1; مز 120:1; مز 123:1; مز 133:3; إر 3:23) 

2 My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. (مز 20:2; مز 115:15; مز 124:8) 

3 He will not let your foot be moved; he who keeps you will not slumber. (1صم 2:9; مز 41:2; مز 66:9; مز 97:10; مز 127:1; أم 3:23; أم 3:26; إش 27:3) 

4 Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. 

5 The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade on your right hand. (مز 16:8; مز 91:1) 

6 The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night. (2مل 4:19; إش 49:10; يون 4:8; رؤ 7:16) 

7 The Lord will keep you from all evil; he will keep your life. (مز 121:3)
