Psalm 105

Menge Bibel

Halleluja!

Psalm 105

New International Reader’s Version

von Biblica
1 Give praise to the LORD and announce who he is. Tell the nations what he has done.2 Sing to him, sing praise to him. Tell about all the wonderful things he has done.3 Praise him, because his name is holy. Let the hearts of those who trust in the LORD be glad.4 Seek the LORD and the strength he gives. Always seek him.5 Remember the wonderful things he has done. Remember his miracles and how he judged our enemies.6 Remember what he has done, you children of his servant Abraham. Remember it, you people of Jacob, God’s chosen ones.7 He is the LORD our God. He judges the whole earth.8 He will keep his covenant for ever. He will keep his promise for all time to come.9 He will keep the covenant he made with Abraham. He will keep the promise he made to Isaac.10 He made it stand as a law for Jacob. He made it stand as a covenant for Israel that will last for ever.11 He said, ‘I will give you the land of Canaan. It will belong to you.’12 At first there weren’t very many of God’s people. There were only a few, and they were strangers in the land.13 They wandered from nation to nation. They wandered from one kingdom to another.14 But God didn’t allow anyone to treat them badly. To keep them safe, he gave a command to kings.15 He said to them, ‘Do not touch my anointed ones. Do not harm my prophets.’16 He made the people in the land go hungry. He destroyed all their food supplies.17 He sent a man ahead of them into Egypt. That man was Joseph. He had been sold as a slave.18 The Egyptians put his feet in chains. They put an iron collar around his neck.19 He was in prison until what he said would happen came true. The word of the LORD proved that he was right.20 The king of Egypt sent for Joseph and let him out of prison. The ruler of many nations set him free.21 He put Joseph in charge of his palace. He made him ruler over everything he owned.22 Joseph was in charge of teaching the princes. He taught the elders how to think and live wisely.23 Then the rest of Jacob’s family went to Egypt. The people of Israel lived as outsiders in the land of Ham.24 The LORD gave his people so many children that there were too many of them for their enemies.25 He made the Egyptians hate his people. The Egyptians made evil plans against them.26 The LORD sent his servant Moses to the king of Egypt. He sent Aaron, his chosen one, along with him.27 The LORD gave them the power to do signs among the Egyptians. They did his wonders in the land of Ham.28 The LORD sent darkness over the land. He did it because the Egyptians had refused to obey his words.29 He turned their rivers and streams into blood. He caused the fish in them to die.30 Their land was covered with frogs. Frogs even went into the bedrooms of the rulers.31 The LORD spoke, and large numbers of flies came. Gnats filled the whole country.32 He turned their rain into hail. Lightning flashed all through their land.33 He destroyed their vines and fig-trees. He broke down the trees in Egypt.34 He spoke, and the locusts came. There were so many of them they couldn’t be counted.35 They ate up every green thing in the land. They ate up what the land produced.36 Then he killed the eldest son of every family in Egypt. He struck down the eldest of all their sons.37 He brought the people of Israel out of Egypt. The Egyptians loaded them down with silver and gold. From among the tribes of Israel no one got tired or fell down.38 The Egyptians were glad when the people of Israel left. They were terrified because of Israel.39 The LORD spread out a cloud to cover his people. He gave them a fire to light up the night.40 They asked for meat, and he brought them quail. He fed them well with manna, the bread of heaven.41 He broke open a rock, and streams of water poured out. They flowed like a river in the desert.42 He remembered the holy promise he had made to his servant Abraham.43 His chosen people shouted for joy as he brought them out of Egypt.44 He gave them the lands of other nations. He let them take over what others had worked for.45 He did it so they might obey his rules and follow his laws. Praise the LORD.

(Ps 105,42; Ps 105,43; Ps 106,5; Ps 135,4)7 He is the Lord our God; his judgments are in all the earth. (Jes 26,9)8 He remembers his covenant forever, the word that he commanded, for a thousand generations, (5Mo 7,9; Ps 105,42; Ps 106,45; Ps 111,5; Lk 1,72)9 the covenant that he made with Abraham, his sworn promise to Isaac, (1Mo 17,2; 1Mo 22,15; 1Mo 26,3)10 which he confirmed to Jacob as a statute, to Israel as an everlasting covenant, (1Mo 28,13; 1Mo 35,11)11 saying, “To you I will give the land of Canaan as your portion for an inheritance.” (1Mo 13,15; 1Mo 15,18; Ps 78,55)12 When they were few in number, of little account, and sojourners in it, (1Mo 34,30; 5Mo 7,7; 5Mo 26,5; Hebr 11,9)13 wandering from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another people,14 he allowed no one to oppress them; he rebuked kings on their account, (1Mo 12,17; 1Mo 20,3; 1Mo 35,5)15 saying, “Touch not my anointed ones, do my prophets no harm!” (1Mo 20,6; 1Mo 26,11)16 When he summoned a famine on the land and broke all supply[1] of bread, (1Mo 41,54; 3Mo 26,26; 2Kön 8,1; Ps 104,15; Jes 3,1; Hes 4,16; Hag 1,11)17 he had sent a man ahead of them, Joseph, who was sold as a slave. (1Mo 37,28; 1Mo 37,36; 1Mo 45,5; 1Mo 50,20; Apg 7,9)18 His feet were hurt with fetters; his neck was put in a collar of iron; (1Mo 39,20)19 until what he had said came to pass, the word of the Lord tested him. (1Mo 40,20; 1Mo 41,53; Ri 7,4)20 The king sent and released him; the ruler of the peoples set him free; (1Mo 41,14; Ps 146,7)21 he made him lord of his house and ruler of all his possessions, (1Mo 41,40)22 to bind[2] his princes at his pleasure and to teach his elders wisdom.23 Then Israel came to Egypt; Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham. (1Mo 46,6; Ps 78,51; Ps 106,22; Apg 7,15; Apg 13,17)24 And the Lord made his people very fruitful and made them stronger than their foes. (2Mo 1,7; 5Mo 26,5)25 He turned their hearts to hate his people, to deal craftily with his servants. (2Mo 1,8; 2Mo 1,10; 2Mo 9,12; Apg 7,19; Röm 11,8)26 He sent Moses, his servant, and Aaron, whom he had chosen. (2Mo 3,10; 2Mo 4,12; 4Mo 16,5; 4Mo 17,5)27 They performed his signs among them and miracles in the land of Ham. (Ps 78,43; Ps 105,23)28 He sent darkness, and made the land dark; they did not rebel[3] against his words. (2Mo 10,21; Ps 99,7)29 He turned their waters into blood and caused their fish to die. (2Mo 7,21)30 Their land swarmed with frogs, even in the chambers of their kings. (2Mo 8,3)31 He spoke, and there came swarms of flies, and gnats throughout their country. (2Mo 8,16; 2Mo 8,21)32 He gave them hail for rain, and fiery lightning bolts through their land. (2Mo 9,23)33 He struck down their vines and fig trees, and shattered the trees of their country. (2Mo 9,25)34 He spoke, and the locusts came, young locusts without number, (2Mo 10,12)35 which devoured all the vegetation in their land and ate up the fruit of their ground.36 He struck down all the firstborn in their land, the firstfruits of all their strength. (Ps 78,51)37 Then he brought out Israel with silver and gold, and there was none among his tribes who stumbled. (2Mo 12,35)38 Egypt was glad when they departed, for dread of them had fallen upon it. (2Mo 12,23; 2Mo 15,16)39 He spread a cloud for a covering, and fire to give light by night. (2Mo 13,21; Hi 36,20; Jes 4,5)40 They asked, and he brought quail, and gave them bread from heaven in abundance. (2Mo 16,13; Ps 78,18; Ps 78,24; Ps 78,27; Joh 6,31)41 He opened the rock, and water gushed out; it flowed through the desert like a river. (Ps 63,1; Ps 78,15)42 For he remembered his holy promise, and Abraham, his servant. (1Mo 15,14; 2Mo 2,24; Ps 105,6; Ps 105,8)43 So he brought his people out with joy, his chosen ones with singing. (2Mo 15,1; Ps 105,42; Jes 35,10)44 And he gave them the lands of the nations, and they took possession of the fruit of the peoples’ toil, (Jos 24,13; Ps 78,55)45 that they might keep his statutes and observe his laws. Praise the Lord! (5Mo 4,1; 5Mo 4,40; Ps 78,7; Ps 104,35)
