Gottes Segen über alle Welt

1 Für den Chormeister. Mit Saitenspiel. Ein Psalm. Ein Lied. 2 Gott sei uns gnädig und segne uns. Er lasse sein Angesicht über uns leuchten, [Sela] (Ps 4,7) 3 damit man auf Erden deinen Weg erkenne, deine Rettung unter allen Völkern. 4 Die Völker sollen dir danken, Gott, danken sollen dir die Völker alle. 5 Die Nationen sollen sich freuen und jubeln, / denn du richtest die Völker nach Recht und leitest die Nationen auf Erden. [Sela] (Ps 98,9) 6 Die Völker sollen dir danken, Gott, danken sollen dir die Völker alle. 7 Die Erde gab ihren Ertrag. Gott, unser Gott, er segne uns! (Ps 85,13) 8 Es segne uns Gott! Fürchten sollen ihn alle Enden der Erde.

1 May God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face to shine upon us, Selah (4Mo 6,25; Ps 4,6) 2 that your way may be known on earth, your saving power among all nations. (Ps 98,3; Lk 2,30; Apg 18,25; Tit 2,11)

1 Al direttore del coro. Per strumenti a corda. Salmo. Canto. Dio abbia pietà di noi e ci benedica, faccia egli risplendere il suo volto su di noi, [Pausa] 2 affinché la tua via sia conosciuta sulla terra e la tua salvezza fra tutte le genti. 3 Ti lodino i popoli, o Dio, tutti quanti i popoli ti lodino! 4 Le nazioni gioiscano ed esultino, perché tu governi i popoli con giustizia, sei la guida delle nazioni sulla terra. [Pausa] 5 Ti lodino i popoli, o Dio, tutti quanti i popoli ti lodino! 6 La terra ha prodotto il suo frutto; Dio, il nostro Dio, ci benedirà. 7 Dio ci benedirà, e tutte le estremità della terra lo temeranno.
