Die Heilung eines Aussätzigen

1 Als Jesus von dem Berg herabstieg, folgten ihm viele Menschen nach. (Mk 1,40; Lk 5,12) 2 Und siehe, da kam ein Aussätziger, fiel vor ihm nieder und sagte: Herr, wenn du willst, kannst du mich rein machen. 3 Jesus streckte die Hand aus, berührte ihn und sagte: Ich will - werde rein! Im gleichen Augenblick wurde der Aussätzige rein. 4 Jesus aber sagte zu ihm: Nimm dich in Acht! Erzähl niemandem davon, sondern geh, zeig dich dem Priester und bring das Opfer dar, das Mose angeordnet hat - ihnen zum Zeugnis! (3Mo 13,49; 3Mo 14,2)

Der Hauptmann von Kafarnaum

5 Als er nach Kafarnaum kam, trat ein Hauptmann an ihn heran und bat ihn: (Mt 5,1; Joh 4,46) 6 Herr, mein Diener liegt gelähmt zu Hause und hat große Schmerzen. 7 Jesus sagte zu ihm: Ich will kommen und ihn heilen.^[1] 8 Und der Hauptmann antwortete: Herr, ich bin es nicht wert, dass du unter mein Dach einkehrst; aber sprich nur ein Wort, dann wird mein Diener gesund! 9 Denn auch ich muss Befehlen gehorchen und ich habe selbst Soldaten unter mir; sage ich nun zu einem: Geh!, so geht er, und zu einem andern: Komm!, so kommt er, und zu meinem Diener: Tu das!, so tut er es. 10 Jesus war erstaunt, als er das hörte, und sagte zu denen, die ihm nachfolgten: Amen, ich sage euch: Einen solchen Glauben habe ich in Israel noch bei niemandem gefunden. 11 Ich sage euch: Viele werden von Osten und Westen kommen und mit Abraham, Isaak und Jakob im Himmelreich zu Tisch sitzen; (Lk 13,28) 12 aber die Söhne des Reiches werden hinausgeworfen in die äußerste Finsternis; dort wird Heulen und Zähneknirschen sein. 13 Und zum Hauptmann sagte Jesus: Geh! Es soll dir geschehen, wie du geglaubt hast. Und in derselben Stunde wurde sein Diener gesund.

Die Heilung der Schwiegermutter des Petrus

14 Jesus ging in das Haus des Petrus und sah dessen Schwiegermutter mit Fieber daniederliegen. (Mk 1,29; Lk 4,38) 15 Da berührte er ihre Hand und das Fieber wich von ihr, sie stand auf und diente ihm.

Die Erfüllung der Schrift im Vollmachtshandeln Jesu

16 Am Abend brachte man viele Besessene zu ihm. Er trieb mit seinem Wort die Geister aus und heilte alle Kranken, (Mk 1,32; Lk 4,40) 17 damit sich erfüllen sollte, was durch den Propheten Jesaja gesagt worden ist: Er hat unsere Leiden auf sich genommen und unsere Krankheiten getragen. (Jes 53,4)

Konsequenz der Nachfolge

18 Als Jesus die Menge sah, die um ihn war, befahl er, ans andere Ufer zu fahren. 19 Da kam ein Schriftgelehrter zu ihm und sagte: Meister, ich will dir nachfolgen, wohin du auch gehst. Der Sturm auf dem See

23 Er stieg in das Boot und seine Jünger folgten ihm nach. (Mk 4,35; Lk 8,22) 24 Und siehe, es erhob sich auf dem See ein gewaltiger Sturm, sodass das Boot von den Wellen überflutet wurde. Jesus aber schlief. 25 Da traten die Jünger zu ihm und weckten ihn; sie riefen: Herr, rette uns, wir gehen zugrunde! (Mt 14,30) 26 Er sagte zu ihnen: Warum habt ihr solche Angst, ihr Kleingläubigen? Dann stand er auf, drohte den Winden und dem See und es trat völlige Stille ein. (Mt 14,31; Mk 6,51) 27 Die Menschen aber staunten und sagten: Was für einer ist dieser, dass ihm sogar die Winde und der See gehorchen?

Die Heilung zweier Besessener von Gadara

28 Als Jesus an das andere Ufer kam, in das Gebiet der Gadarener, liefen ihm aus den Grabhöhlen zwei Besessene entgegen. Sie waren so gefährlich, dass niemand auf jenem Weg entlanggehen konnte. (Mk 5,1; Lk 8,26) 29 Und siehe, sie schrien: Was haben wir mit dir zu tun, Sohn Gottes? Bist du hierhergekommen, um uns vor der Zeit zu quälen? Jesus Cleanses a Leper

The Faith of a Centurion

5 When he had entered Capernaum, a centurion came forward to him, appealing to him, (Lk 7,1) 6 “Lord, my servant is lying paralyzed at home, suffering terribly.” 7 And he said to him, “I will come and heal him.” 8 But the centurion replied, “Lord, I am not worthy to have you come under my roof, but only say the word, and my servant will be healed. (Ps 107,20; Mt 8,16) 9 For I too am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. And I say to one, ‘Go,’ and he goes, and to another, ‘Come,’ and he comes, and to my servant,^[3] ‘Do this,’ and he does it.” 10 When Jesus heard this, he marveled and said to those who followed him, “Truly, I tell you, with no one in Israel^[4] have I found such faith. Jesus Heals Many

14 And when Jesus entered Peter’s house, he saw his mother-in-law lying sick with a fever. Jesus Heals Two Men with Demons

Guarigione del servo di un centurione

5 Quando Gesù fu entrato in Capernaum, un centurione^[1] venne da lui, pregandolo e dicendo: 6 «Signore, il mio servo giace in casa paralitico e soffre moltissimo». 7 Gesù gli disse: «Io verrò e lo guarirò». 8 Ma il centurione rispose: «Signore, io non sono degno che tu entri sotto il mio tetto, ma di’ soltanto una parola e il mio servo sarà guarito. 9 Perché anch’io sono un uomo sottoposto ad altri e ho sotto di me dei soldati; e dico a uno: “Va’”, ed egli va; e a un altro: “Vieni”, ed egli viene; e al mio servo: “Fa’ questo”, ed egli lo fa». 10 Gesù, udito questo, ne restò meravigliato, e disse a quelli che lo seguivano: «Io vi dico in verità che in nessuno, in Israele, ho trovato una fede così grande! 11 E io vi dico che molti verranno da Oriente e da Occidente e si metteranno a tavola con Abraamo, Isacco e Giacobbe nel regno dei cieli, 12 ma i figli del regno saranno gettati nelle tenebre di fuori. Là ci sarà pianto e stridor di denti». 13 Gesù disse al centurione: «Va’, ti sia fatto come hai creduto». E il {suo} servitore fu guarito in quella stessa ora.

Guarigione della suocera di Pietro

14 Poi Gesù, entrato nella casa di Pietro, vide che la suocera di lui era a letto con la febbre; 15 ed egli le toccò la mano e la febbre la lasciò. Ella si alzò e si mise a servirlo. 16 Poi, venuta la sera, gli presentarono molti indemoniati; ed egli scacciò gli spiriti con la parola e guarì tutti i malati, 17 affinché si adempisse quel che fu detto per bocca del profeta Isaia: «Egli ha preso le nostre infermità e ha portato le nostre malattie»^[2].

18 Gesù, vedendo una gran folla intorno a sé, comandò che si passasse all’altra riva. 19 Allora uno scriba, avvicinatosi, gli disse: «Maestro, io ti seguirò dovunque tu andrai». 20 Gesù gli disse: «Le volpi hanno delle tane e gli uccelli del cielo hanno dei nidi, ma il Figlio dell’uomo^[3] non ha dove posare il capo». 21 Un altro dei {suoi} discepoli gli disse: «Signore, permettimi di andare prima a seppellire mio padre». 22 Ma Gesù gli disse: «Seguimi, e lascia che i morti seppelliscano i loro morti».

Gesù calma la tempesta

23 Gesù salì sulla barca e i suoi discepoli lo seguirono. 24 Ed ecco si sollevò in mare una gran burrasca, tanto che la barca era coperta dalle onde; ma egli dormiva. 25 E i suoi discepoli, avvicinatisi, lo svegliarono dicendo: «Signore, salvaci, siamo perduti!» 26 Ed egli disse loro: «Perché avete paura, o gente di poca fede?» Allora, alzatosi, sgridò i venti e il mare, e si fece gran bonaccia. 27 E quegli uomini si meravigliarono e dicevano: «Che uomo è mai questo, che anche i venti e il mare gli ubbidiscono?»

Guarigione di due indemoniati

28 Quando fu giunto all’altra riva, nel paese dei Gadareni, gli vennero incontro due indemoniati, usciti dai sepolcri, così furiosi che nessuno poteva passare per quella via. 29 Ed ecco si misero a gridare: «Che c’è fra noi e te, Figlio di Dio? Sei venuto qua prima del tempo a tormentarci?» 30 Lontano da loro c’era un grande branco di porci al pascolo. 31 E i demòni lo pregavano dicendo: «Se tu ci scacci, mandaci in quel branco di porci». 32 Egli disse loro: «Andate». Ed essi, usciti, se ne andarono nei porci; e tutto il branco si gettò a precipizio giù nel mare e morirono nell’acqua. 33 Quelli che li custodivano fuggirono e, andati nella città, raccontarono ogni cosa e il fatto degli indemoniati. 34 Tutta la città uscì incontro a Gesù e, come lo videro, lo pregarono che si allontanasse dal loro territorio.
