1Now on the first day of the week Mary Magdalene came to the tomb early, while it was still dark, and saw that the stone had been taken away from the tomb. (Mt 27:60; Mt 27:66; Mt 28:1; Mt 28:2; Mr 15:46; Mr 16:1; Mr 16:3; Lu 24:1; Lu 24:2)2So she ran and went to Simon Peter and the other disciple, the one whom Jesus loved, and said to them, “They have taken the Lord out of the tomb, and we do not know where they have laid him.” (Joh 13:23; Joh 20:13)3So Peter went out with the other disciple, and they were going toward the tomb. (Lu 24:12)4Both of them were running together, but the other disciple outran Peter and reached the tomb first.5And stooping to look in, he saw the linen cloths lying there, but he did not go in. (Joh 19:40)6Then Simon Peter came, following him, and went into the tomb. He saw the linen cloths lying there,7and the face cloth, which had been on Jesus’[1] head, not lying with the linen cloths but folded up in a place by itself. (Joh 11:44)8Then the other disciple, who had reached the tomb first, also went in, and he saw and believed; (Joh 20:4)9for as yet they did not understand the Scripture, that he must rise from the dead. 11But Mary stood weeping outside the tomb, and as she wept she stooped to look into the tomb.12And she saw two angels in white, sitting where the body of Jesus had lain, one at the head and one at the feet. (Mr 16:5; Lu 24:4)13They said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping?” She said to them, “They have taken away my Lord, and I do not know where they have laid him.” (Joh 2:4; Joh 20:2; Joh 20:15)14Having said this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing, but she did not know that it was Jesus. Whom are you seeking?” Supposing him to be the gardener, she said to him, “Sir, if you have carried him away, tell me where you have laid him, and I will take him away.” (Joh 1:38; Joh 18:4; Joh 18:7; Joh 19:41; Joh 20:13)16Jesus said to her, “Mary.” She turned and said to him in Aramaic,[2] “Rabboni!” (which means Teacher). Jesus Appears to the Disciples
19On the evening of that day, the first day of the week, the doors being locked where the disciples were for fear of the Jews,[3] Jesus came and stood among them and said to them, “Peace be with you.” (Lu 24:33; Lu 24:36; Joh 7:13; Joh 14:27; Joh 20:26; 1Co 15:5)20When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his side. Then the disciples were glad when they saw the Lord. (Lu 24:40; Joh 16:22)21Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, even so I am sending you.” (Joh 3:17; Joh 13:20; Joh 17:18; Ac 1:2)22And when he had said this, he breathed on them and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit. (Ge 2:7; Joh 7:39; Ac 2:4)23If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you withhold forgiveness from any, it is withheld.” (Mt 16:19; Mt 18:18; 1Co 5:4)
Jesus and Thomas
24Now Thomas, one of the twelve, called the Twin,[4] was not with them when Jesus came. (Joh 11:16)25So the other disciples told him, “We have seen the Lord.” But he said to them, “Unless I see in his hands the mark of the nails, and place my finger into the mark of the nails, and place my hand into his side, I will never believe.” (Ps 22:16; Joh 20:20)26Eight days later, his disciples were inside again, and Thomas was with them. Although the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you.” (Joh 20:19)27Then he said to Thomas, “Put your finger here, and see my hands; and put out your hand, and place it in my side. Do not disbelieve, but believe.” (Lu 24:39; Joh 20:20; 1Jo 1:1)28Thomas answered him, “My Lord and my God!” (Joh 1:1; Joh 1:49)29Jesus said to him, “Have you believed because you have seen me? Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” (2Co 5:7; 1Pe 1:8)
1روز يكشنبه صبح زود، وقتی هوا تاريک و روشن بود، مريم مجدليه به سر قبر آمد و با كمال تعجب ديد كه سنگ از در قبر كنار رفته است.2پس با عجله نزد پطرس و آن شاگردی كه عيسی او را دوست میداشت آمد و گفت: «جسد خداوند را از قبر بردهاند و معلوم نيست كجا گذاشتهاند.»3-5پطرس و آن شاگرد ديگر دويدند تا به سر قبر رسيدند. آن شاگرد از پطرس پيش افتاد و زودتر به قبر رسيد. او خم شد و نگاه كرد. فقط كفن خالی آنجا بود. ديگر داخل قبر نرفت.6سپس شمعون پطرس رسيد و داخل قبر شد. او هم فقط كفن خالی را ديد،7و متوجه شد كه پارچهای كه به سر و صورت عيسی پيچيده بودند، همانطور پيچيده و جدا از كفن مانده بود.8آنگاه آن شاگرد نيز داخل قبر شد و ديد و ايمان آورد كه عيسی زنده شده است!9چون تا آنگاه آنها هنوز به اين حقيقت پی نبرده بودند كه كتاب آسمانی میفرمايد كه او بايد زنده شود.10پس آنان به خانه رفتند.
عيسی بر مريم مجدليه ظاهر میشود
11ولی مريم مجدليه به سر قبر برگشته بود و حيران ايستاده، گريه میكرد. همچنانكه اشک میريخت، خم شد و داخل قبر را نگاه كرد.12در همان هنگام، دو فرشته را ديد با لباس سفيد، كه در جايی نشسته بودند كه جسد عيسی گذاشته شده بود، يكی نزديک سر و ديگری نزديک پاها.13فرشتهها از مريم پرسيدند: «چرا گريه میكنی؟» جواب داد: «جسد خداوند مرا بردهاند و نمیدانم كجا گذاشتهاند.»14ناگاه مريم احساس كرد كسی پشت سر او ايستاده است. برگشت و نگاه كرد. عيسی خودش بود. ولی مريم او را نشناخت.15عيسی از مريم پرسيد: «چرا گريه میكنی؟ دنبال چه كسی میگردی؟» مريم به گمان اينكه باغبان است، به او گفت: «آقا، اگر تو او را بردهای، بگو كجا گذاشتهای تا بروم او را بردارم.»16عيسی گفت: «مريم!» مريم برگشت و عيسی را شناخت و با شادی فرياد زد: «استاد!»17عيسی فرمود: «به من دست نزن، چون هنوز نزد پدرم بالا نرفتهام. ولی برو و برادرانم را پيدا كن و به ايشان بگو كه من نزد پدر خود و پدر شما و خدای خود و خدای شما بالا میروم.»18مريم شاگردان را پيدا كرد و به ايشان گفت: «خداوند زنده شده است! من خودم او را ديدم!» و پيغام او را به ايشان داد.
عيسی بر شاگردانش ظاهر میشود
19غروب همان روز، شاگردان دور هم جمع شدند و از ترس سران قوم يهود، درها را از پشت بستند. ولی ناگهان عيسی را ديدند كه در ميانشان ايستاده است. عيسی سلام كرد،20و زخم دستها و پهلوی خود را به ايشان نشان داد تا او را بشناسند. وقتی خداوند خود را ديدند، بیاندازه شاد شدند.21عيسی باز به ايشان فرمود: «سلام بر شما باد. همچنانكه پدر مرا به اين جهان فرستاد، من نيز شما را به ميان مردم میفرستم.»22آنگاه به ايشان دميد و فرمود: «روحالقدس را بيابيد.23هرگاه گناهان كسی را ببخشيد، بخشيده میشود، و هرگاه نبخشيد، بخشيده نمیشود.»
عيسی بر توما ظاهر میشود
24«توما» معروف به«دوقلو» كه يكی از دوازده شاگرد مسيح بود، آن شب در آن جمع نبود.25پس، وقتی به او گفتند كه خداوند را ديدهاند، جواب داد: «من كه باور نمیكنم. تا خودم زخم ميخهای صليب را در دستهای او نبينم و انگشتانم را در آنها نگذارم و به پهلوی زخمیاش دست نزنم، باور نمیكنم كه او زنده شده است.»26يكشنبهٔ هفتهٔ بعد، باز شاگردان دور هم جمع شدند. اين بار توما نيز با ايشان بود. باز هم درها بسته بود كه ناگهان عيسی را ديدند كه در ميانشان ايستاد و سلام كرد.27عيسی رو به توما كرد و فرمود: «انگشتت را در زخم دستهايم بگذار. دست به پهلويم بزن و بيش از اين بیايمان نباش. ايمان داشته باش.»28توما گفت: «ای خداوند من، ای خدای من.»29عيسی به او فرمود: «بعد از اينكه مرا ديدی، ايمان آوردی. ولی خوشا به حال كسانی كه نديده به من ايمان میآورند.»
مقصود از نوشته شدن اين کتاب
30شاگردان عيسی معجزات بسياری از او ديدند كه در اين كتاب نوشته نشده است.31ولی همين مقدار نوشته شد تا ايمان آوريد كه عيسی، همان مسيح و فرزند خداست و با ايمان به او، زندگی جاويد بيابيد.
