(De 1:17; Pr 18:5)3Give justice to the weak and the fatherless; maintain the right of the afflicted and the destitute. 1Dumnezeu stă în comunitatea lui Dumnezeu. El judecă în mijlocul „dumnezeilor[1]“.2„Până când veți mai judeca cu nedreptate și veți continua să‑i favorizați pe cei răi? Selah3Faceți dreptate săracului și orfanului, dați dreptate celui nevoiaș și lipsit!4Scăpați‑l pe cel sărac și pe cel nevoiaș, eliberați‑i din mâna celor răi!5Dar ei nici nu știu, nici nu pricep; umblă în întuneric; de aceea se clatină temeliile pământului.6Eu am zis: «Sunteți ‘dumnezei’, fii ai Celui Preaînalt, cu toții.»7Veți muri, însă, în mod sigur, ca niște oameni și veți cădea ca orice alt conducător.“8Ridică‑Te, Dumnezeule, și judecă pământul, căci Tu vei lua în stăpânire toate neamurile!
