(Ps 10:8; Ps 55:19)5They hold fast to their evil purpose; they talk of laying snares secretly, thinking, “Who can see them?” (Job 22:13; Ps 140:5; Jer 23:14; Eze 13:22)6They search out injustice, saying, “We have accomplished a diligent search.” For the inward mind and heart of a man are deep. (Ps 49:11)7But God shoots his arrow at them; they are wounded suddenly. (Ps 7:12; Ps 58:7)8They are brought to ruin, with their own tongues turned against them; all who see them will wag their heads. (Ps 22:7; Ps 40:3; Pr 12:13; Pr 18:7; Jer 18:16; Jer 48:27)9Then all mankind fears; they tell what God has brought about and ponder what he has done. (Ps 64:8; Jer 50:28; Jer 51:10)10Let the righteous one rejoice in the Lord and take refuge in him! Let all the upright in heart exult! (Job 22:19; Ps 7:10; Ps 11:1; Ps 32:11)
1Ascultă, Dumnezeule, glasul plângerii mele! Păzește‑mi viața de groaza dușmanului!2Ferește‑mă de sfatul celor răi, de gloata celor ce săvârșesc nelegiuirea,3de cei care își ascut limba drept sabie, care pregătesc cuvinte amare drept săgeți,4ca să tragă pe ascuns asupra celui integru, să tragă pe neașteptate și fără să se teamă.5Se îmbărbătează în răutatea lor, își plănuiesc cum să ascundă curse, zicând: „Cine ne[1] va vedea?“6Pun la cale nedreptăți, zicând: „Am terminat planul ascuns!“ Lăuntrul fiecăruia și inima le sunt de nepătruns.7Însă Dumnezeu trage pe neașteptate săgeți asupra lor și sunt loviți.8Propria lor limbă i‑a adus în ruină, așa încât toți cei care‑i văd clatină din cap.9Toți oamenii se tem, istorisesc ceea ce a înfăptuit Dumnezeu și iau aminte la lucrarea Lui.10Să se bucure cel drept în DOMNUL și să se adăpostească în El! Să se laude cu El toți cei cu inima dreaptă.
