1 Oh come, let us sing to the Lord; let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation! (Ps 66:1; Ps 89:26; Ps 94:22) 2 Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to him with songs of praise! (Ps 95:1; Mic 6:6) 3 For the Lord is a great God, and a great King above all gods. (2Ch 2:5; Ps 86:8; Ps 93:4; Ps 96:4; Ps 97:9; Ps 135:5) 4 In his hand are the depths of the earth; the heights of the mountains are his also. 5 The sea is his, for he made it, and his hands formed the dry land. (Ge 1:9; Jon 1:9) 6 Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker! (De 32:6; De 32:15; De 32:18; 2Ch 6:13; Ps 100:3; Ps 149:2; Da 6:10) 7 For he is our God, and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. Today, if you hear his voice, (Nu 14:22; Ps 48:14; Ps 74:1; Heb 3:7; Heb 3:15; Heb 4:7) 8 do not harden your hearts, as at Meribah, as on the day at Massah in the wilderness, (Ex 9:34; Ex 17:7; Nu 20:13; De 6:16; 1Sa 6:6; 2Ch 36:13; Pr 28:14) 9 when your fathers put me to the test and put me to the proof, though they had seen my work. (Nu 14:22; Ps 78:18; Ps 78:41; Ps 78:56; Ps 90:16; 1Co 10:9) 10 For forty years I loathed that generation and said, “They are a people who go astray in their heart, and they have not known my ways.” (De 9:7; Ps 81:13; Ac 7:36; Ac 13:18; Heb 3:17) 11 Therefore I swore in my wrath, “They shall not enter my rest.” (Nu 14:23; Nu 14:28; Nu 14:30; De 1:35; De 12:9; Heb 3:11; Heb 4:3; Heb 4:5)

1 Kommt herzu, lasst uns dem HERRN frohlocken und jauchzen dem Hort unsres Heils! 2 Lasst uns mit Danken vor sein Angesicht kommen und mit Psalmen ihm jauchzen! 3 Denn der HERR ist ein großer Gott und ein großer König über alle Götter. (Ex 15:11) 4 Denn in seiner Hand sind die Tiefen der Erde, und die Höhen der Berge sind auch sein. 5 Denn sein ist das Meer, und er hat’s gemacht, und seine Hände haben das Trockene bereitet. 6 Kommt, lasst uns anbeten und knien und niederfallen vor dem HERRN, der uns gemacht hat. 7 Denn er ist unser Gott und wir das Volk seiner Weide und Schafe seiner Hand. Wenn ihr doch heute auf seine Stimme hören wolltet: (Ps 100:3; Joh 10:27) 8 »Verstocket euer Herz nicht, wie zu Meriba geschah, wie zu Massa in der Wüste, (Heb 3:7; Heb 4:7) 9 wo mich eure Väter versuchten und prüften und hatten doch mein Werk gesehen. (Ex 17:2; Ex 17:7) 10 Vierzig Jahre war dies Volk mir zuwider, dass ich sprach: / Es sind Leute, deren Herz immer den Irrweg will und die meine Wege nicht lernen wollen, 11 sodass ich schwor in meinem Zorn: Sie sollen nicht zu meiner Ruhe kommen.« (Nu 14:22; Heb 4:3)
