1 Why do the nations rage^[1] and the peoples plot in vain? (Ps 46:6; Ac 4:25) 2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord and against his Anointed, saying, (Ps 18:50; Ps 20:6; Ps 45:7; Ps 89:20)

Gottes Sieg und die Herrschaft seines Sohnes

1 Warum toben die Völker und murren die Nationen so vergeblich? (Ac 4:25; Re 11:18) 2 Die Könige der Erde lehnen sich auf, / und die Herren halten Rat miteinander wider den HERRN und seinen Gesalbten: 3 »Lasset uns zerreißen ihre Bande und von uns werfen ihre Stricke!« (Jer 5:5) 4 Aber der im Himmel wohnt, lachet ihrer, und der Herr spottet ihrer. (Ps 59:9) 5 Einst wird er mit ihnen reden in seinem Zorn, und mit seinem Grimm wird er sie schrecken: (Isa 34:2; Re 6:15) 6 »Ich aber habe meinen König eingesetzt auf meinem heiligen Berg Zion.« (Zec 8:3) 7 Kundtun will ich den Ratschluss des HERRN. Er hat zu mir gesagt: »Du bist mein Sohn, heute habe ich dich gezeugt. (2Sa 7:14; Ps 89:27; Ac 13:33; Heb 1:5; Heb 5:5)

8 Bitte mich, so will ich dir Völker zum Erbe geben und der Welt Enden zum Eigentum. (Da 7:13; Heb 1:2) 9 Du sollst sie mit einem eisernen Zepter zerschlagen, wie Töpfe sollst du sie zerschmeißen.« (Re 2:27; Re 12:5; Re 19:15) 10 So seid nun verständig, ihr Könige, und lasst euch warnen, ihr Richter auf Erden! 11 Dienet dem HERRN mit Furcht und freut euch mit Zittern. (Php 2:12; Heb 12:28) 12 Küsst den Sohn, dass er nicht zürne und ihr umkommt auf dem Wege; denn sein Zorn wird bald entbrennen. Wohl allen, die auf ihn trauen!

1 Pourquoi cette agitation parmi les nations et ces préoccupations dépourvues de sens parmi les peuples? 2 Les rois de la terre se soulèvent et les chefs se liguent ensemble contre l'Eternel et contre celui qu'il a désigné par onction^[1]: (Ac 4:25) 3 «Arrachons leurs liens, jetons leurs chaînes loin de nous!» 4 Celui qui siège dans le ciel rit, le Seigneur se moque d'eux. 5 Puis il leur parle dans sa colère, il les épouvante dans sa fureur: 6 «C'est moi qui ai établi mon roi sur Sion, ma montagne sainte!» 7 Je veux proclamer le décret de l'Eternel. Il m'a dit: « Tu es mon fils, je t'ai engendré aujourd'hui!^[2] (Ac 13:33; Heb 1:5; Heb 5:5) 8 Demande-le-moi, et je te donnerai les nations^[3] en héritage, les extrémités de la terre en possession. (Re 2:26) 9 Tu les briseras avec un sceptre de fer, tu les briseras comme le vase d'un potier.^[4]» (Re 2:27; Re 12:5; Re 19:15) 10 Et maintenant, rois, conduisez-vous avec sagesse! Juges de la terre, laissez-vous instruire! 11 Servez l'Eternel avec crainte et réjouissez-vous tout en tremblant. 12 Rendez hommage au fils, de peur qu'il ne s'irrite et que vous n'alliez à votre perte, car sa colère s'enflamme rapidement. Heureux tous ceux qui se confient en lui!
