1 A Psalm. Oh sing to the Lord a new song, for he has done marvelous things! His right hand and his holy arm have worked salvation for him. (Ex 15:6; Job 40:14; Ps 33:3; Ps 72:18; Ps 96:3; Lu 1:51) 2 The Lord has made known his salvation; he has revealed his righteousness in the sight of the nations. (Ps 96:2; Isa 49:6; Isa 52:10; Isa 59:16; Isa 62:2; Isa 63:5; Lu 2:30; Ro 3:25) 3 He has remembered his steadfast love and faithfulness to the house of Israel. All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God. (Ps 22:27; Ps 36:5; Ps 98:2; Lu 1:54; Lu 1:72) 4 Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth; break forth into joyous song and sing praises! (Ps 66:1; Isa 44:23) 5 Sing praises to the Lord with the lyre, with the lyre and the sound of melody! (Isa 51:3) 6 With trumpets and the sound of the horn make a joyful noise before the King, the Lord! (Nu 10:10; 1Ch 15:24; 2Ch 15:14; Ps 98:4) 7 Let the sea roar, and all that fills it; the world and those who dwell in it! (Ps 24:1; Ps 96:11) 8 Let the rivers clap their hands; let the hills sing for joy together (Ps 89:12; Ps 93:3; Isa 55:12) 9 before the Lord, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity. (Ps 58:11; Ps 96:13)

1 Ein Psalm. Singt dem HERRN ein neues Lied, / denn er hat wunderbare Taten vollbracht! Geholfen hat ihm seine Rechte und sein heiliger Arm. (Ps 33:3; Isa 59:16; Isa 63:5) 2 Der HERR hat sein Heil bekannt gemacht und sein gerechtes Wirken enthüllt vor den Augen der Völker. 3 Er gedachte seiner Huld und seiner Treue zum Haus Israel. Alle Enden der Erde sahen das Heil unsres Gottes. 4 Jauchzet dem HERRN, alle Lande, freut euch, jubelt und singt! 5 Spielt dem HERRN auf der Leier, auf der Leier zu lautem Gesang! 6 Mit Trompeten und lautem Widderhorn jauchzt vor dem HERRN, dem König! (Ps 24:7) 7 Es brause das Meer und seine Fülle, der Erdkreis und seine Bewohner. (Ps 96:11) 8 In die Hände klatschen sollen die Ströme, die Berge sollen jubeln im Chor (Ps 96:12) 9 vor dem HERRN, denn er kommt, um die Erde zu richten. Er richtet den Erdkreis in Gerechtigkeit, die Völker so, wie es recht ist. (Ps 67:5; Ps 96:13)

1 Psaume. Chantez à l’Eternel ╵un cantique nouveau car il accomplit des prodiges. Par sa puissance, ╵par son pouvoir divin, ╵il a remporté la victoire. 2 L’Eternel fait connaître son salut; aux yeux des autres peuples, ╵il a révélé sa justice. 3 L’Eternel a manifesté ╵son amour fidèle envers Israël. Jusqu’au bout de la terre, on a vu le salut ╵que notre Dieu a accompli. 4 Acclame l’Eternel, ╵ô terre tout entière, poussez des cris de joie ╵et d’allégresse ╵au son de la musique! 5 Célébrez l’Eternel ╵avec la lyre, oui, au son de la lyre, ╵et par vos chants! 6 Au son de la trompette ╵et aux accents du cor[1], éclatez en acclamations ╵en présence de l’Eternel, le Roi! (Nu 29:1; Jos 6:1; Ps 47:6; Ps 81:4; Ps 150:3; Zep 1:16) 7 Que la mer retentisse ╵et tout ce qui la peuple! Que l’univers résonne ╵avec ses habitants! 8 Que les rivières ╵battent des mains, que les montagnes, ╵à l’unisson, ╵chantent de joie, 9 aux yeux de l’Eternel, ╵car il vient gouverner[2] la terre! Oui, il gouvernera le monde ╵selon ce qui est juste, et il gouvernera les peuples ╵selon ce qui est droit. (Ps 82:8)
