1A Psalm of Asaph. The Mighty One, God the Lord, speaks and summons the earth from the rising of the sun to its setting. (Ps 58:11; Ps 75:7; Ps 89:5; Ps 97:6; Re 16:5; Re 16:7; Re 19:2)7“Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, I will testify against you. I am God, your God. (Ps 40:6)9I will not accept a bull from your house or goats from your folds.10For every beast of the forest is mine, the cattle on a thousand hills.11I know all the birds of the hills, and all that moves in the field is mine. (Mt 10:29)12“If I were hungry, I would not tell you, for the world and its fullness are mine. (Ro 1:32; 1Ti 5:22)19“You give your mouth free rein for evil, and your tongue frames deceit. (Ps 52:2)20You sit and speak against your brother; you slander your own mother’s son.21These things you have done, and I have been silent; you thought that I[3] was one like yourself. But now I rebuke you and lay the charge before you. (Ps 18:9; Ps 96:13; Isa 35:4; Da 7:10; Re 1:7)4Er ruft dem Himmel droben und der Erde zu, um sein Volk zu richten:5»Versammelt mir meine Getreuen, die meinen Bund geschlossen haben beim Opfer!« (Ex 24:3)6Und der Himmel verkündet seine Gerechtigkeit, dass Gott Richter ist, er selbst. // (Ge 18:25; Ps 97:6)7»Höre, mein Volk, und ich will reden, Israel, und ich will dich verwarnen[2]! Ich bin Gott, dein Gott. (Ex 20:2; Ps 81:9)8Nicht wegen deiner Schlachtopfer tadle ich dich, auch deine Brandopfer sind beständig vor mir. (Jer 7:21)9Ich nehme keinen Stier aus deinem Haus, noch Böcke aus deinen Hürden. (Ps 40:7; Ac 17:25)10Denn mein ist alles Getier des Waldes, das Vieh auf tausend Bergen[3]. (Ps 24:1)11Ich kenne alle Vögel der Berge, und was sich tummelt im Feld, ist mir bekannt.12Wenn mich hungerte, ich würde es dir nicht sagen; denn mein ist die Welt und ihre Fülle. (1Co 10:26)13Sollte ich das Fleisch von Stieren[4] essen und das Blut von Böcken trinken?14Opfere Gott Dank und erfülle dem Höchsten deine Gelübde; (De 23:22; Ps 22:26; Ps 61:9; Ps 69:32; Ps 76:12; Na 2:1; Heb 13:15)15und rufe mich an am Tag der Not; ich will dich retten, und du wirst mich verherrlichen!« (Ps 4:2; Ps 34:5; Ps 77:3; Ps 86:5; Ps 120:1; Mt 8:25; Lu 18:43; Jas 5:13)16Zu dem Gottlosen aber spricht Gott: »Was hast du meine Ordnungen herzusagen und nimmst meinen Bund in deinen Mund?17Du hast ja die Zucht[5] gehasst und meine Worte hinter dich geworfen. (Pr 1:29; Pr 15:10)18Sahst du einen Dieb, so befreundetest[6] du dich mit ihm, und mit Ehebrechern hattest du Gemeinschaft. (Ro 1:32)19Deinen Mund schicktest du los zum Bösen, und deine Zunge spannte Betrug[7] davor. (Ps 10:7; Ps 52:4)20Du saßest da, redetest gegen deinen Bruder, gegen den Sohn deiner Mutter stießest du Schmähung aus. (Le 19:16)21Das hast du getan, und ich schwieg; du dachtest, ich sei ganz wie du. Ich werde dich zurechtweisen und es dir vor Augen stellen. (Ec 12:14; Isa 57:11)22Merkt doch dies, die ihr Gott vergesst, damit ich nicht zerreiße, und keiner kann retten!
