1 （ 　 神 人 摩 西 的 祈 祷 ） 主 啊 ， 你 世 世 代 代 作 我 们 的 居 所 。 

2 诸 山 未 曾 生 出 ， 地 与 世 界 你 未 曾 造 成 ， 从 亘 古 到 永 远 ， 你 是 神 。 

3 你 使 人 归 於 尘 土 ， 说 ： 你 们 世 人 要 归 回 。 

4 在 你 看 来 ， 千 年 如 已 过 的 昨 日 ， 又 如 夜 间 的 一 更 。 

5 你 叫 他 们 如 水 冲 去 ； 他 们 如 睡 一 觉 。 早 晨 ， 他 们 如 生 长 的 草 ， 

6 早 晨 发 芽 生 长 ， 晚 上 割 下 枯 乾 。 

7 我 们 因 你 的 怒 气 而 消 灭 ， 因 你 的 忿 怒 而 惊 惶 。 

8 你 将 我 们 的 罪 孽 摆 在 你 面 前 ， 将 我 们 的 隐 恶 摆 在 你 面 光 之 中 。 

9 我 们 经 过 的 日 子 都 在 你 震 怒 之 下 ； 我 们 度 尽 的 年 岁 好 像 一 声 叹 息 。 

10 我 们 一 生 的 年 日 是 七 十 岁 ， 若 是 强 壮 可 到 八 十 岁 ； 但 其 中 所 矜 夸 的 不 过 是 劳 苦 愁 烦 ， 转 眼 成 空 ， 我 们 便 如 飞 而 去 。 

11 谁 晓 得 你 怒 气 的 权 势 ？ 谁 按 着 你 该 受 的 敬 畏 晓 得 你 的 忿 怒 呢 ？ 

12 求 你 指 教 我 们 怎 样 数 算 自 己 的 日 子 ， 好 叫 我 们 得 着 智 慧 的 心 。 

13 耶 和 华 啊 ， 我 们 要 等 到 几 时 呢 ？ 求 你 转 回 ， 为 你 的 仆 人 後 悔 。 

14 求 你 使 我 们 早 早 饱 得 你 的 慈 爱 ， 好 叫 我 们 一 生 一 世 欢 呼 喜 乐 。 

15 求 你 照 着 你 使 我 们 受 苦 的 日 子 ， 和 我 们 遭 难 的 年 岁 ， 叫 我 们 喜 乐 。 

16 愿 你 的 作 为 向 你 仆 人 显 现 ； 愿 你 的 荣 耀 向 他 们 子 孙 显 明 。 

17 愿 主 ─ 我 们 神 的 荣 美 归 於 我 们 身 上 。 愿 你 坚 立 我 们 手 所 做 的 工 ； 我 们 手 所 做 的 工 ， 愿 你 坚 立 。

From Everlasting to Everlasting

1 A Prayer of Moses, the man of God. Lord, you have been our dwelling place in all generations. (申33:1; 书14:6; 拉3:2; 诗17:1; 诗55:1; 诗71:3) 

2 Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever you had formed the earth and the world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God. (申33:15; 伯15:7; 伯36:26; 箴8:25) 

3 You return man to dust and say, “Return, O children of man!” (创3:19; 传12:7) 

4 For a thousand years in your sight are but as yesterday when it is past, or as a watch in the night. (出14:24; 士7:19; 诗39:5; 彼后3:8) 

5 You sweep them away as with a flood; they are like a dream, like grass that is renewed in the morning: (王下19:26; 伯20:8; 诗37:2; 诗58:9; 诗103:15; 赛40:6; 彼前1:24) 

6 in the morning it flourishes and is renewed; in the evening it fades and withers. (伯4:20; 伯14:2; 诗92:7; 雅1:11) 

7 For we are brought to an end by your anger; by your wrath we are dismayed. 

8 You have set our iniquities before you, our secret sins in the light of your presence. (诗19:12; 耶16:17; 來4:13) 

9 For all our days pass away under your wrath; we bring our years to an end like a sigh. 

10 The years of our life are seventy, or even by reason of strength eighty; yet their span is but toil and trouble; they are soon gone, and we fly away. 

11 Who considers the power of your anger, and your wrath according to the fear of you? 

12 So teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom. (诗39:4)

14 Satisfy us in the morning with your steadfast love, that we may rejoice and be glad all our days. (诗46:5; 诗85:6)
