1A Psalm of David. A song at the dedication of the temple. I will extol you, O Lord, for you have drawn me up and have not let my foes rejoice over me. (撒下5:11; 代上22:1; 诗13:4; 诗25:2; 诗35:19; 诗35:24; 诗107:32)2O Lord my God, I cried to you for help, and you have healed me. (诗6:2; 诗88:13)3O Lord, you have brought up my soul from Sheol; you restored me to life from among those who go down to the pit.[1] (诗16:10; 诗28:1)4Sing praises to the Lord, O you his saints, and give thanks to his holy name.[2] (代上16:4; 诗50:5; 诗97:12)5For his anger is but for a moment, and his favor is for a lifetime.[3] Weeping may tarry for the night, but joy comes with the morning. (伯33:26; 诗63:3; 诗103:9; 诗126:5; 赛26:20; 赛54:7; 林后4:17)6As for me, I said in my prosperity, “I shall never be moved.” (伯29:18; 诗10:6; 箴1:32)7By your favor, O Lord, you made my mountain stand strong; you hid your face; I was dismayed. (申31:17; 撒下5:9; 撒下24:10; 诗104:29)8To you, O Lord, I cry, and to the Lord I plead for mercy: (诗142:1)9“What profit is there in my death,[4] if I go down to the pit?[5] Will the dust praise you? Will it tell of your faithfulness? (诗6:5)10Hear, O Lord, and be merciful to me! O Lord, be my helper!” (诗27:7)11You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; you have loosed my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness, (出15:20; 撒下6:14; 诗149:3; 诗150:4; 耶31:4; 耶31:13; 哀5:15)12that my glory may sing your praise and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks to you forever! (诗16:9)
