1 Tehdy přišli k Ježíšovi z Jeruzaléma farizeové a zákoníci a řekli: 2 „Proč tvoji učedníci porušují tradici otců? Vždyť si před jídlem neomývají ruce!“ 3 On jim odpověděl: „A proč vy přestupujete přikázání Boží kvůli své tradici? 4 Vždyť Bůh řekl: ‚Cti otce i matku‘ a ‚kdo zlořečí otci nebo matce, ať je potrestán smrtí.‘ 5 Vy však učíte: Kdo řekne otci nebo matce: ‚To, čím bych ti měl pomoci, je obětní dar,‘ 6 ten již to nemusí dát svému otci nebo matce. A tak jste svou tradicí zrušili slovo Boží. 7 Pokrytci, dobře prorokoval o vás Izaiáš, když řekl: 8 ‚Lid tento ctí mě rty, ale srdce jejich je daleko ode mne; 9 marně mě uctívají, neboť učí naukám, jež jsou jen příkazy lidskými.‘“ 10 Svolal zástup a řekl: „Slyšte a rozumějte: 11 Ne co vchází do úst, znesvěcuje člověka, ale co z úst vychází, to člověka znesvěcuje.“ 12 Tu přišli učedníci a řekli mu: „Víš, že se farizeové urazili, když slyšeli to slovo?“ 13 Ale on jim odpověděl: „Každá rostlina, kterou nezasadil můj nebeský Otec, bude vykořeněna. 14 Nechte je: slepí vedou slepé. 21 Ježíš odtud odešel až do okolí Týru a Sidónu. 22 A hle, jedna kananejská žena z těch končin vyšla a volala: „Smiluj se nade mnou, Pane, Synu Davidův! Má dcera je zle posedlá.“ 23 Ale on jí neodpověděl ani slovo. Jeho učedníci přistoupili a žádali ho: „Zbav se jí, vždyť za námi křičí!“ 24 On odpověděl: „Jsem poslán jen ke ztraceným ovcím z lidu izraelského.“ 25 Ale ona přistoupila, klaněla se mu a řekla: „Pane, pomoz mi!“ 26 On jí odpověděl: „Nesluší se vzít chléb dětem a hodit jej psům.“ 27 A ona řekla: „Ovšem, Pane, jenže i psi se živí z drobtů, které spadnou ze stolu jejich pánů.“ 28 Tu jí Ježíš řekl: „Ženo, tvá víra je veliká; staň se ti tak, jak chceš.“ A od té hodiny byla její dcera zdráva.

— Uzdravování u Galilejského moře

29 Odtud Ježíš přešel zase ke Galilejskému moři; vystoupil na horu a posadil se tam. 30 Tu se k němu sešly celé zástupy a měly s sebou chromé, mrzáky, slepé, hluchoněmé a mnohé jiné. Kladli je k jeho nohám a on je uzdravil, 31 takže se zástupy divily, když viděly, že němí mluví, mrzáci jsou zdraví, chromí chodí a slepí vidí; i velebily Boha izraelského.

— Nasycení čtyř tisíců

32 Ježíš si zavolal své učedníky a řekl: „Je mi líto zástupu, neboť již tři dny jsou se mnou a nemají co jíst. Poslat je domů hladové nechci, aby nezemdleli na cestě.“ 33 Učedníci mu namítli: „Kde vezmeme na poušti tolik chleba, abychom nasytili takový zástup?“ 34 Ježíš jim řekl: „Kolik máte chlebů?“ Odpověděli: „Sedm a několik rybiček.“ 35 I nařídil zástupu usednout na zem; 36 potom vzal těch sedm chlebů i ryby, vzdal díky, lámal a dával učedníkům a učedníci zástupům. 37 I jedli všichni a nasytili se; a zbylých nalámaných chlebů sebrali ještě sedm plných košů. 38 Těch, kteří jedli, bylo čtyři tisíce mužů kromě žen a dětí. 39 Potom propustil zástupy, vstoupil na loď a připlul na území Magadan.

1 Da kamen von Jerusalem Pharisäer und Schriftgelehrte zu Jesus und sagten: (Mk 7,1) 2 Warum übertreten deine Jünger die Überlieferung der Alten? Denn sie waschen sich nicht ihre Hände, wenn sie essen. (L 11,38) 3 Er entgegnete ihnen: Warum übertretet denn ihr Gottes Gebot um eurer Überlieferung willen? 4 Gott hat doch gesagt: Ehre Vater und Mutter! und: Wer Vater oder Mutter schmäht, soll mit dem Tod bestraft werden. Der Glaube der heidnischen Frau

21 Jesus ging weg von dort und zog sich in das Gebiet von Tyrus und Sidon zurück. Viele Heilungen

29 Jesus zog von dort weiter und kam an den See von Galiläa. Er stieg auf einen Berg und setzte sich. 30 Da kamen viele Menschen zu ihm und brachten Lahme, Blinde, Verkrüppelte, Stumme und viele andere Kranke; sie legten sie ihm zu Füßen und er heilte sie, (Mt 4,24) 31 sodass die Menschen staunten, als sie sahen, dass Stumme redeten, Verkrüppelte gesund wurden, Lahme gehen und Blinde sehen konnten. Und sie priesen den Gott Israels. (1Kr 1,48; L 13,13)

Die Speisung der Viertausend

32 Jesus rief seine Jünger zu sich und sagte: Ich habe Mitleid mit diesen Menschen; sie sind schon drei Tage bei mir und haben nichts mehr zu essen. Ich will sie nicht hungrig wegschicken, sonst brechen sie auf dem Weg zusammen. (Mt 14,13; Mk 6,32; Mk 8,1; L 9,10; J 6,1)

What Defiles a Person

The Faith of a Canaanite Woman
