1  V ten čas šel Ježíš v sobotu obilím. Jeho učedníci dostali hlad a začali mnout zrní z klasů a jíst. 2  Když to viděli farizeové, řekli mu: „Hle, tvoji učedníci dělají, co se nesmí dělat v sobotu!“ 3  On však jim řekl: „Nečetli jste, co udělal David, když měl hlad, on i ti, kdo byli s ním? 4  Jak vešel do domu Božího a jedli posvátné chleby, ačkoli to nebylo dovoleno jemu ani těm, kdo ho provázeli, nýbrž jen kněžím? 5  A nečetli jste v Zákoně, že kněží službou v chrámě porušují sobotu, a přesto jsou bez viny? 6  Pravím vám, že zde je víc než chrám. 7  Kdybyste věděli, co znamená ‚milosrdenství chci, a ne oběť‘, neodsuzovali byste nevinné. 8  Vždyť Syn člověka je pánem nad sobotou.“  9  Odtud šel dál a přišel do jejich synagógy. 10  A byl tam člověk s odumřelou rukou. Otázali se Ježíše: „Je dovoleno v sobotu uzdravovat?“ Chtěli ho totiž obžalovat. 11  On jim řekl: „Kdyby někdo z vás měl jedinou ovečku, a ona by mu v sobotu spadla do jámy, neuchopil by ji a nevytáhl? 12  A oč je člověk cennější než ovce! Proto je dovoleno v sobotu činit dobře.“ 13  Potom řekl tomu člověku: „Zvedni tu ruku!“ Zvedl ji, a byla zase zdravá jako ta druhá. 14  Farizeové vyšli a smluvili se proti němu, že ho zahubí.  15  Ježíš to poznal a odešel odtamtud. Mnozí šli za ním a on všechny nemocné uzdravil; 16  ale přikázal jim, aby ho nikomu neprozrazovali – 17  aby se splnilo, co je řečeno ústy proroka Izaiáše:  18  ‚Hle, služebník můj, kterého jsem vyvolil, milovaný můj, kterého si oblíbila duše má. Vložím na něho svého Ducha. A vyhlásí soud národům.  19  Nebude se přít ani rozkřikovat, na ulicích nikdo neuslyší jeho hlas.  20  Nalomenou třtinu nedolomí a doutnající knot neuhasí, až dovede právo k vítězství.  21  A v jeho jménu bude naděje národů.‘  22  Tehdy k němu přivedli posedlého, který byl slepý a němý; a uzdravil ho, takže ten němý mluvil i viděl. 23  Zástupy žasly a říkaly: „Není to Syn Davidův?“ 24  Když to slyšeli farizeové, řekli: „On nevyhání démony jinak než ve jménu Belzebula, knížete démonů.“  25  Protože znal jejich smýšlení, řekl jim: „Každé království vnitřně rozdělené pustne a žádná obec ani dům vnitřně rozdělený nemůže obstát. 26  A vyhání-li satan satana, pak je v sobě rozdvojen; jak tedy bude moci obstát jeho království? 27  Jestliže já vyháním démony ve jménu Belzebula, ve jménu koho je vyhánějí vaši žáci? Proto oni budou vašimi soudci. 28  Jestliže však vyháním démony Duchem Božím, pak už vás zastihlo Boží království. 29  Což může někdo vejít do domu silného muže a uloupit jeho věci, jestliže dříve toho siláka nespoutá? Pak teprve vyloupí jeho dům.  30  Kdo není se mnou, je proti mně; a kdo se mnou neshromažďuje, rozptyluje.  31  Proto vám pravím, že každý hřích i rouhání bude lidem odpuštěno, ale rouhání proti Duchu svatému nebude odpuštěno. 32  I tomu, kdo by řekl slovo proti Synu člověka, bude odpuštěno; ale kdo by řekl slovo proti Duchu svatému, tomu nebude odpuštěno v tomto věku ani v budoucím.  33  Zasaďte dobrý strom, i jeho ovoce bude dobré. Zasaďte špatný strom, i jeho ovoce bude špatné. Strom se pozná po ovoci. 34  Plemeno zmijí: Jak může být vaše řeč dobrá, když jste zlí? Čím srdce přetéká, to ústa mluví. 35  Dobrý člověk z dobrého pokladu srdce vynáší dobré; zlý člověk ze zlého pokladu vynáší zlé. 36  Pravím vám, že z každého planého slova, jež lidé promluví, budou skládat účty v den soudu. 37  Neboť podle svých slov budeš ospravedlněn a podle svých slov odsouzen.“  38  Tehdy mu na to řekli někteří ze zákoníků a farizeů: „Mistře, chceme od tebe vidět znamení.“ 39  On však jim odpověděl: „Pokolení zlé a zpronevěřilé si hledá znamení; ale znamení mu nebude dáno, leč znamení proroka Jonáše. 40  Jako byl Jonáš v břiše mořské obludy tři dny a tři noci, tak bude Syn člověka tři dny a tři noci v srdci země. 41  Mužové z Ninive povstanou na soudu s tímto pokolením a usvědčí je, neboť oni se obrátili po Jonášově kázání – a hle, zde je více než Jonáš. 42  Královna jihu povstane na soudu s tímto pokolením a usvědčí je, protože ona přišla z nejzazších končin země, aby slyšela moudrost Šalomounovu – a hle, zde je více než Šalomoun.  43  Když nečistý duch vyjde z člověka, bloudí po pustých místech a hledá odpočinutí, ale nenalézá. 44  Tu řekne: ‚Vrátím se do svého domu, odkud jsem vyšel.‘ Přijde a nalezne jej prázdný, vyčištěný a uklizený. 45  Tu jde a přivede s sebou sedm jiných duchů, horších, než je sám, vejdou a bydlí tam; a konce toho člověka jsou horší než začátky. Tak bude i s tímto zlým pokolením.“  46  Ještě když mluvil k zástupům, hle, jeho matka a bratři stáli venku a chtěli s ním mluvit. 47  Někdo mu řekl: „Hle, tvá matka a tvoji bratři stojí venku a chtějí s tebou mluvit.“ 48  On však odpověděl tomu, kdo mu to řekl: „Kdo je má matka a kdo jsou moji bratři?“ 49  Ukázal na své učedníky a řekl: „Hle, moje matka a moji bratři. 50  Neboť kdo činí vůli mého Otce v nebesích, to je můj bratr, má sestra i matka.“

1 In jener Zeit ging Jesus am Sabbat durch die Kornfelder. Seine Jünger hatten Hunger; sie rissen Ähren ab und aßen davon. (Dt 23,26; Mk 2,23; L 6,1) 2 Die Pharisäer sahen es und sagten zu ihm: Sieh her, deine Jünger tun etwas, das am Sabbat verboten ist. 3 Da sagte er zu ihnen: Habt ihr nicht gelesen, was David getan hat, als er und seine Begleiter hungrig waren - (1S 21,2) 4 wie er in das Haus Gottes ging und wie sie die Schaubrote aßen, die weder er noch seine Begleiter, sondern nur die Priester essen durften? (Lv 24,9) 5 Oder habt ihr nicht im Gesetz gelesen, dass am Sabbat die Priester im Tempel den Sabbat entweihen, ohne sich schuldig zu machen? 6 Ich sage euch: Hier ist Größeres als der Tempel. 7 Wenn ihr begriffen hättet, was das heißt: Barmherzigkeit will ich, nicht Opfer, dann hättet ihr nicht Unschuldige verurteilt; (Oz 6,6; Mt 9,13) 8 denn der Menschensohn ist Herr über den Sabbat. 9 Von dort ging er weiter und kam in ihre Synagoge. (Mk 3,1; L 6,6; L 14,1) 10 Und siehe, dort saß ein Mann, dessen Hand verdorrt war. Sie fragten ihn: Ist es am Sabbat erlaubt zu heilen? Sie suchten ihn nämlich anzuklagen. (L 13,14) 11 Er aber sprach zu ihnen: Wer von euch, der ein einziges Schaf hat, wird es nicht packen und herausziehen, wenn es ihm am Sabbat in eine Grube fällt? 12 Wie viel mehr ist ein Mensch als ein Schaf? Darum ist es am Sabbat erlaubt, Gutes zu tun. 13 Dann sagte er zu dem Mann: Streck deine Hand aus! Er streckte sie aus und die Hand wurde wiederhergestellt - gesund wie die andere. 14 Die Pharisäer aber gingen hinaus und fassten den Beschluss, Jesus umzubringen. (Mk 11,18; L 19,47; J 5,18) 15 Als Jesus das erfuhr, ging er von dort weg. Viele folgten ihm nach und er heilte sie alle. (Mt 8,16; Mk 3,7; L 6,17) 16 Er gebot ihnen, dass sie ihn nicht bekannt machen sollten, 17 damit erfüllt werde, was durch den Propheten Jesaja gesagt worden ist: 18 Siehe, mein Knecht, den ich erwählt habe, / mein Geliebter, an dem ich Gefallen gefunden habe. Ich werde meinen Geist auf ihn legen / und er wird den Völkern das Recht verkünden. (Iz 42,1; Mt 3,17) 19 Er wird nicht streiten und nicht schreien / und man wird seine Stimme nicht auf den Straßen hören. 20 Das geknickte Rohr wird er nicht zerbrechen / und den glimmenden Docht nicht auslöschen, / bis er dem Recht zum Sieg verholfen hat. 21 Und auf seinen Namen werden die Völker ihre Hoffnung setzen. 22 Dann brachte man zu ihm einen Besessenen, der blind und stumm war. Er heilte ihn, sodass der Stumme wieder reden und sehen konnte. (Mt 9,32; L 11,14) 23 Die Menge war fassungslos und sagte: Ist dieser nicht der Sohn Davids? 24 Als die Pharisäer das hörten, sagten sie: Nur mit Hilfe von Beelzebul, dem Herrscher der Dämonen, treibt er die Dämonen aus. (Mt 10,25; Mk 3,22; L 11,15) 25 Doch Jesus wusste, was sie dachten, und sagte zu ihnen: Jedes Reich, das in sich gespalten ist, wird veröden und eine Stadt und eine Familie, die in sich gespalten ist, wird keinen Bestand haben. 26 Wenn also der Satan den Satan austreibt, dann ist Satan in sich selbst gespalten. Wie kann sein Reich dann Bestand haben? 27 Und wenn ich die Dämonen durch Beelzebul austreibe, durch wen treiben dann eure Söhne sie aus? Deswegen werden sie eure Richter sein. 28 Wenn ich aber im Geist Gottes die Dämonen austreibe, dann ist das Reich Gottes schon zu euch gekommen. 29 Wie kann einer in das Haus des Starken eindringen und ihm den Hausrat rauben, wenn er nicht zuerst den Starken fesselt? Erst dann kann er sein Haus plündern. 30 Wer nicht mit mir ist, der ist gegen mich; wer nicht mit mir sammelt, der zerstreut. 31 Darum sage ich euch: Jede Sünde und Lästerung wird den Menschen vergeben werden, aber die Lästerung gegen den Geist wird nicht vergeben werden. (Mk 3,28; L 12,10) 32 Auch wer ein Wort gegen den Menschensohn sagt, dem wird vergeben werden; wer aber etwas gegen den Heiligen Geist sagt, dem wird nicht vergeben, weder in dieser noch in der zukünftigen Welt. 33 Entweder: Der Baum ist gut - dann sind auch seine Früchte gut. Oder: Der Baum ist schlecht - dann sind auch seine Früchte schlecht. An der Frucht also erkennt man den Baum. (Mt 7,17; L 6,43) 34 Ihr Schlangenbrut, wie könnt ihr Gutes reden, wenn ihr böse seid? Denn wovon das Herz überfließt, davon spricht der Mund. (Mt 3,7) 35 Der gute Mensch bringt aus dem guten Schatz Gutes hervor und der böse Mensch bringt aus dem bösen Schatz Böses hervor. 36 Ich sage euch aber: Über jedes unnütze Wort, das die Menschen reden, werden sie am Tag des Gerichts Rechenschaft ablegen müssen; 37 denn aufgrund deiner Worte wirst du freigesprochen und aufgrund deiner Worte wirst du verurteilt werden. 38 Darauf wandten sich einige Schriftgelehrte und Pharisäer an ihn: Meister, wir möchten von dir ein Zeichen sehen. (Mt 16,1; Mk 8,11; L 11,16; J 6,30; 1K 1,22) 39 Er antwortete ihnen: Diese böse und treulose Generation fordert ein Zeichen, aber es wird ihr kein Zeichen gegeben werden außer das Zeichen des Propheten Jona. 40 Denn wie Jona drei Tage und drei Nächte im Bauch des Fisches war, so wird auch der Menschensohn drei Tage und drei Nächte im Schoß der Erde sein. (Jon 2,1) 41 Die Männer von Ninive werden beim Gericht mit dieser Generation auftreten und sie verurteilen; denn sie sind auf die Botschaft des Jona hin umgekehrt. Und siehe, hier ist mehr als Jona. (Jon 3,5) 42 Die Königin des Südens wird beim Gericht gegen diese Generation auftreten und sie verurteilen; denn sie kam vom Ende der Erde, um die Weisheit Salomos zu hören. Und siehe, hier ist mehr als Salomo. (1Kr 10,1) 43 Wenn ein unreiner Geist aus einem Menschen ausfährt, durchwandert er wasserlose Gegenden, um eine Ruhestätte zu suchen, findet aber keine. (L 11,24) 44 Dann sagt er: Ich will in mein Haus zurückkehren, das ich verlassen habe. Und er kommt und findet es leer, sauber und geschmückt. 45 Dann geht er und nimmt sieben andere Geister mit sich, die noch schlimmer sind als er selbst. Sie ziehen dort ein und lassen sich nieder. Und die letzten Dinge jenes Menschen werden schlimmer sein als die ersten. Dieser bösen Generation wird es genauso gehen. 46 Als Jesus noch mit den Leuten redete, siehe, da standen seine Mutter und seine Brüder draußen und wollten mit ihm sprechen.[1] (Mk 3,31; L 8,19) 47 Da sagte jemand zu ihm: Siehe, deine Mutter und deine Brüder stehen draußen und wollen mit dir sprechen. 48 Dem, der ihm das gesagt hatte, erwiderte er: Wer ist meine Mutter und wer sind meine Brüder? 49 Und er streckte die Hand über seine Jünger aus und sagte: Siehe, meine Mutter und meine Brüder. 50 Denn wer den Willen meines himmlischen Vaters tut, der ist für mich Bruder und Schwester und Mutter.

(Dt 23,25; Mk 2,23; L 6,1) 2 But when the Pharisees saw it, they said to him, “Look, your disciples are doing what is not lawful to do on the Sabbath.” (Ex 20,9; Mt 12,10; L 13,14; L 14,3; J 5,10; J 7,23; J 9,16) 3 He said to them, “Have you not read what David did when he was hungry, and those who were with him: (1S 21,1; Mt 21,16) 4 how he entered the house of God and ate the bread of the Presence, which it was not lawful for him to eat nor for those who were with him, but only for the priests? (Ex 25,30; Lv 24,5) 5 Or have you not read in the Law how on the Sabbath the priests in the temple profane the Sabbath and are guiltless? (Jon 1,17; Mt 17,22) 41 The men of Nineveh will rise up at the judgment with this generation and condemn it, for they repented at the preaching of Jonah, and behold, something greater than Jonah is here. (Jr 3,11; Ez 16,51; Jon 1,2; Jon 3,5; Mt 12,6; Ř 2,27; Žd 11,7) 42 The queen of the South will rise up at the judgment with this generation and condemn it, for she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon, and behold, something greater than Solomon is here. (1Kr 10,1; 2Pa 9,1; Mt 12,41) 43 “When the unclean spirit has gone out of a person, it passes through waterless places seeking rest, but finds none. (Ž 63,1; Jr 2,6; L 11,24) 44 Then it says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came.’ And when it comes, it finds the house empty, swept, and put in order. 45 Then it goes and brings with it seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they enter and dwell there, and the last state of that person is worse than the first. And he stretched it forth; and it was restored whole, like as the other. 14 Then the Pharisees went out, and held a council against him, how they might destroy him. 15 But when Jesus knew it, he withdrew himself from thence: and great multitudes followed him, and he healed them all; 16 And charged them that they should not make him known: 17 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, 18 Behold my servant, whom I have chosen; my beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased: I will put my spirit upon him, and he shall shew judgment to the Gentiles. 19 He shall not strive, nor cry; neither shall any man hear his voice in the streets. 20 A bruised reed shall he not break, and smoking flax shall he not quench, till he send forth judgment unto victory. 21 And in his name shall the Gentiles trust. 22 Then was brought unto him one possessed with a devil, blind, and dumb: and he healed him, insomuch that the blind and dumb both spake and saw. 23 And all the people were amazed, and said, Is not this the son of David? 24 But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, This fellow doth not cast out devils, but by Beelzebub the prince of the devils. 25 And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand: 26 And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand? 27 And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your children cast them out? therefore they shall be your judges. 28 But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you. 29 Or else how can one enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house. 30 He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad. 31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. 32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come. 33 Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit. 34 O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. 35 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. 36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. 37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned. 38 Then certain of the scribes and of the Pharisees answered, saying, Master, we would see a sign from thee. 39 But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas: 40 For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. 41 The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: because they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here. 42 The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for she came from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here. 43 When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. 44 Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. 45 Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation. 46 While he yet talked to the people, behold, his mother and his brethren stood without, desiring to speak with him. 47 Then one said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee. 48 But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren? 49 And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren! 50 For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.
