1To the choirmaster: according to The Gittith.[1] Of Asaph. Sing aloud to God our strength; shout for joy to the God of Jacob! (申32:43; 诗8:1; 诗50:1; 诗66:1; 诗84:1)2Raise a song; sound the tambourine, the sweet lyre with the harp. (出15:20; 诗71:22)3Blow the trumpet at the new moon, at the full moon, on our feast day. (利23:24; 民10:10; 民29:1)4For it is a statute for Israel, a rule[2] of the God of Jacob.5He made it a decree in Joseph when he went out over[3] the land of Egypt. I hear a language I had not known: (出11:4; 申28:49; 诗77:15; 诗78:5; 诗78:67; 诗80:1; 诗114:1; 诗122:4; 耶5:15)6“I relieved your[4] shoulder of the burden; your hands were freed from the basket. (出1:11; 赛9:4; 赛10:27)7In distress you called, and I delivered you; I answered you in the secret place of thunder; I tested you at the waters of Meribah. (出2:23; 出14:10; 出17:7; 出19:19; 民20:13; 诗18:11; 诗50:15)8Hear, O my people, while I admonish you! O Israel, if you would but listen to me! (诗50:7)9There shall be no strange god among you; you shall not bow down to a foreign god. (出20:3; 申32:12; 诗44:20; 赛43:12)10I am the Lord your God, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt. Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it. (出20:2; 诗37:3)11“But my people did not listen to my voice; Israel would not submit to me. (出32:1; 申32:15; 申32:18; 箴1:25; 箴1:30)12So I gave them over to their stubborn hearts, to follow their own counsels. (申29:19; 伯8:4; 诗106:43; 耶7:24; 弥6:16; 徒7:42; 徒14:16; 羅1:24; 羅1:26)13Oh, that my people would listen to me, that Israel would walk in my ways! (申5:29; 申5:33; 申32:29; 赛48:18)14I would soon subdue their enemies and turn my hand against their foes. (摩1:8)15Those who hate the Lord would cringe toward him, and their fate would last forever. (诗18:44)16But he would feed you[5] with the finest of the wheat, and with honey from the rock I would satisfy you.” (申32:13; 申32:14; 伯29:6; 诗147:14; 结16:19)
