1 我的心啊，要称颂耶和华， 我要全心全意地称颂祂的圣名。 2 我的心啊，要称颂耶和华， 不要忘记祂的一切恩惠。 3 祂赦免我一切的罪恶， 医治我一切的疾病。 4 祂救赎我的生命脱离死亡， 以慈爱和怜悯环绕我。 5 祂以美物满足我的愿望， 使我如鹰一般恢复青春。 6 耶和华为一切受欺压的人伸张正义，主持公道。 7 祂让摩西明白自己的旨意， 向以色列人彰显自己的作为。 8 耶和华有怜悯和恩典， 不轻易发怒，充满慈爱。 9 祂不永久责备人， 也不永远怀怒。 10 祂没有按我们的过犯对待我们， 也没有照我们的罪恶惩罚我们。 11 因为天离地有多高， 祂对敬畏祂之人的爱也多大！ 12 东离西有多远， 祂叫我们的过犯离我们也多远！ 13 耶和华怜爱敬畏祂的人， 如同慈父怜爱自己的儿女。 14 因为祂知道我们的本源， 顾念我们不过是尘土。 15 世人的年日如同草芥， 如野地茂盛的花， 16 一经风吹，便无影无踪， 永远消逝。 17 耶和华永永远远爱敬畏祂的人， 以公义待他们的子子孙孙， 18 就是那些守祂的约、 一心遵行祂命令的人。 19 耶和华在天上设立了宝座， 祂的王权无所不及。 20 听从耶和华的命令、遵行祂吩咐的大能天使啊， 你们要称颂祂！ 21 事奉耶和华、遵从祂旨意的天军啊， 你们要称颂祂！ 22 耶和华所造的万物啊， 要在祂掌管的各处称颂祂。 我的心啊，要称颂耶和华！

1 Of David. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name! (诗103:22; 诗104:1) 2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, (申6:12; 申8:11; 诗103:1) 3 who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases, (出15:26; 出34:7; 诗107:20; 诗147:3; 赛33:24; 太8:17; 太9:2; 可2:5; 路7:47) 4 who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy, (诗5:12; 诗56:13) 5 who satisfies you with good so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. (诗107:9; 赛40:31) 6 The Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed. (诗146:7) 7 He made known his ways to Moses, his acts to the people of Israel. (出33:13; 出34:10; 诗25:4; 诗78:11) 8 The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love. (诗86:15) 9 He will not always chide, nor will he keep his anger forever. (诗30:5; 赛57:16; 耶3:5; 耶3:12; 弥7:18) 10 He does not deal with us according to our sins, nor repay us according to our iniquities. (拉9:13) 11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear him; (诗36:5; 诗103:13; 诗103:17; 诗117:2; 路1:50) 12 as far as the east is from the west, so far does he remove our transgressions from us. (赛38:17; 赛43:25; 弥7:19) 13 As a father shows compassion to his children, so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him. (诗103:11; 玛3:17) 14 For he knows our frame;[1] he remembers that we are dust. (诗78:39) 15 As for man, his days are like grass; he flourishes like a flower of the field; (伯14:2; 诗90:5) 16 for the wind passes over it, and it is gone, and its place knows it no more. (伯7:10; 诗37:36; 赛40:7) 17 But the steadfast love of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear him, and his righteousness to children’s children, (出20:5; 诗25:6; 诗103:11) 18 to those who keep his covenant and remember to do his commandments. (申7:9; 诗19:8) 19 The Lord has established his throne in the heavens, and his kingdom rules over all. (诗11:4; 诗47:2; 诗93:2; 但4:17) 20 Bless the Lord, O you his angels, you mighty ones who do his word, obeying the voice of his word! (诗78:25; 诗148:2; 太6:10; 路2:13) 21 Bless the Lord, all his hosts, his ministers, who do his will!
